This company amazes me, they have thousands and thousands of customers, yet they care about each customer. Customer service is THE ULTIMATE, anytime, I have had a question, they are always willing to help. I had to call and cancel a autoship order, the other day, the item I didn't need anymore, due to the passing of my "Lil Bit". Crystal, representative, was so kind and accomodating to my need. Today I received the most beautiful flowers expressing sympathy and comfort for loss of my furbaby. That is so amazing, that such a huge company can express so much kindness and compassion. One doesn't see that anymore in this busy world. I just wanted Crystal to know how much that token of kindness and compassion meant to me.. so thank you Crystal. Yes it brought tears to my eyes, but it was good tears. I will CONTINUE to use chewy, as I have for many years.

I have been a Chewy Customer for many years. They have always had excellent service. When I adopted rescue fur baby I signed up for auto ship. They requested a pic of my dog. They sent me a painted picture of him. A month ago I was sick with Covid while placing another purchase for my fur baby. As of yesterday I received a get well card from Chewy along with a Chewy gift mug including herbal tea bags.They are so thoughtful. I was extremely sick that day. I recommend them to all with animal family members. Chewy is the definition of great Customer Service. Keep up the good work. Even if sometime I might have to pay a few dollars more its worth it for the extraordinary, efficient ,respectful service they provide.

Customer service is no help. We run a rescue and can’t get meds for our dogs. So sad …

Terrible service. They ship through FedEx and they put packages right in middle of the step so anyone driving by can see you have a package and try to steal it. FedEx is one of the worst shipping companies there is. This time of year people drive around and look for packages like that. Seems like a shipping company could be more responsible and hire reliable people to do a job.

Will not reach out to vet or take electronic copy of vet info sent to patient for them to send in. Must use snail mail which takes 2 weeks to comform? Stupid

I've ordered from Chewy many times, orders always arrived on time and in great condition. My dog Kane passed away and I asked chewy if I could return the unopened medication that I just received. While you can't return medication, not only did they refund the money for the order but they also sent me flowers with the sweetest note. The email exchanges were so courteous and understanding, wonderful customer service.

I am honestly over the edge with Chewy. Every time I try to benefit from their "promotions" I receive an error at checkout. The details and expiration dates are not transparent and the rules seem to change on a whim. At checkout I've experienced my autoship items no longer on sale and the price is hiked way up. Or the promotion doesn't include autoship and an error pops up "not available for autoship." If I transfer everything from autoship into my cart an error pops up "too late- expired." It's just not worth it to me anymore. The whole experience has become a hassle, disappointing, frustrating and is not saving me time or money.

Didn't receive my first order from Chewy, though there was a picture showing it was delivered. Raggedy FEDEX delivered to the wrong address, AGAIN! I called before dawn and a professional, cheerful representative Priscilla took my call and accommodated me with a refund. Unfortunately because Chewy only contracts with FedEx for deliveries I will not be ordering from them again. I reside in the same city as FedEx's headquarters. Not only do they deliver to the wrong address' quite often, there is a high FedEx employee theft rate against the local peoples packages that have to rely on FedEx services for a delivery. I so much wanted to be a repeat customer. Thanks again Priscilla, you did a great job!
