Chewy has been a wonderful company. My orders have always been right and on time. I have used them for years for my cat. She recently passed at the old age of 21. Our hearts broke. Today fed ex brought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Chewy. So unexpected and a beautiful gesture that they payed their respects to a ordinary customer. I'll be a forever grateful customer. If ever I get more pets I'll use them again.

Shout out to Chewy! I can't express how grateful I am for all of my experiences with Chewy. I decided to try Chewy out when my dog got diagnosed with heart worm disease. He needed some medications on a monthly basis and I ordered them thru Chewy. Not only did I receive the medication on a timely manner but there customer service skills were impeccable but when my Franklin passed away I called Chewy to see what they would like me to do with the extra medicine. Not only did they refund all the money from my previous order but today I received some beautiful sunflowers in the mail. I was so grateful to know there's some good businesses out there. Thank you Chewy ❤️ Sincerely, Dulcie Holmes

Ordered $300 in cat food. Came in fine. Cats refused to eat it (picky brats). Called chewy. They wanted it shipped back. Sent label, shipped it. Took 3 calls and 2 weeks to get a credit. I should not have to make 3 calls to get a refund.

Chewy is great until you have a problem. I was on with customer service 3 times this past week about an autoship issue. The first guy never answered my question. The second guy blatantly lied to me about my order being shipped. The third lady kept saying "I'm so sorry" but offered nothing to compensate for the fact that I was running out of food in 1-2 days and wouldn't be able to have it delivered before that since I was lied to beforehand. When I told her I would probably have to cancel all autoship's and find it locally, she still didn't offer anything. She didn't care that I was leaving for good.

I have been waiting for Chewy to once again offer there $30.00 off $100.00 incentive since the last time this was available they were out of my products. So, I wanted to order 5 bags of litter, but could only order 4. I then ordered another product to get to my $100.00 purchase. When I tried to enter the code it wouldn't allow me to do so. It didn't indicate which item was not part of their qualifying purchase. So, I figured I'd just place my order, and reach out to customer service. Customer service reached out to me, and explanined the item I bought wasn't a qualifying item. No where did I see this. Not a Happy Customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

We've used Chewy to get our cat supply needs for many years. I never thought too much about the brand, only that it was convenient for us, but that all changed this week. We lost our beloved cat suddenly in the early morning hours. We had just received a new delivery the week prior and many items had not been opened yet. I reached out to see if we could return them, and they told me to keep the products, donate them, and then gave me a full refund. I thought that was kind of them, but the next day they blew me away when I received a bouquet from them expressing their condolences. I couldn't believe such a large company would be so kind and compassionate. I wasn't a unique customer, but they made me feel special and acknowledged the pain we were going through. They have made a lifelong customer out of me.

I have trusted Chewy.com for years with 3 different dogs of mine, and they have THE BEST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They refund products that don't work out for your pet for any reason, and ask that you only donate the product to a shelter, instead of returning it. Their employees are very helpful with setting up orders for you or making changes by chatting online, and are very friendly. Thanks so much for all you do Chewy! They even sent me flowers when my pets died. Awesome people and service!

Can’t say enough about Chewy—they are incredible. I recently lost my senior puppy dog and not only did they credit me for unused food but they also sent beautiful flowers with a touching message. Their deliveries are always prompt and their staff is pleasant and efficient. Keep up the amazing good work!
