I received a harness for my dog that was too big. I contacted Chewy and got a reply right away. This is the email I got: I’m sorry the Industrial Puppy Reflective Hook & Loop Strap Dog Harness, Red, Medium did not work out for your fur baby, but I'm more than happy to help. I've processed a refund of $32.05 to your PayPal, and that’ll be posted back to your account within 3-6 business days. If you believe the Industrial Puppy Reflective Hook & Loop Strap Dog Harness, Red, Medium could still be of use, please feel free to donate it to a local shelter or rescue. We'd be happy to know that it's going to help pets in need. Please give your little one all our love. Warm regards, Saskia B. Customer Service Chewy What a great experience!

Absolutely terrible. This is my worst online shopping experience ever. I purchased an item with 12 month full refund warranty. It broke after 8 months so I sent it back. They never refunded me. I called customer service many times and they were not helpful. So I ended up losing the item since I sent it back AND I didn’t get my money back!! Robbery!

The most classy and caring outfit I have ever dealt with. When my buddy Cocoa crossed the rainbow bridge they sent a gorgeous rose bouquet. They have my business for life! Also I just realized they refunded over $80 for the medication we had used for about 2 weeks without me asking!

We have ordered from Chewy for years and have been consistently happy with their products and customer service. I am particularly impressed that even during the busy holiday season, they get your package to you quickly and exactly when promised, unlike several other big box stores (looking at you, Ebags). My only point of improvement would be how they ship items. On more than one occasion, they have packaged a huge bag of dog food with several small bags of treats. Some of the treats get crushed into powder due to the weight of the dog food bag. I've mentioned this in phonecalls before, but no change yet. Even with this, I am still very happy with Chewy and will keep ordering from them while we have pets. Keep up the great work, Chewy!!! Please don't change!!!

Just received a card and canvas hand painting of my chihuahua Amigo. What a thoughtful thing and good marketing. 100% satisfied with chewy from Canada. I'm in the kawarthas ontario and receive my orders in 2 days.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is their terrible app! It constantly glitches, redirects, and sometimes the screen just goes black. The service from Chewy however, is awesome! The orders are correct and they arrive on time. If there is any problem, damages for example, you call customer service, get a live native English speaker within a few minutes! They may ask you to email pictures, you can’t blame them these days, but they make it right immediately! We’ve been using them for a few years now and we’re so spoiled I think we’d be lost without them.. lol. Just PPLLEASEEE FIX THE APP CHEWY! 🤷🏻‍♀️😁

The worst customer service I’ve received. One representative helped then called later and the same info I was inquiring they couldn’t verify it for me. You sent a prescription and no one sees it. I had to speak to a supervisor so they could verify that 3 hours ago I sent a fax and 3 emails with the prescription. The WORST!

I recently submitted an order with Chewy. When my package arrived, the litter I ordered had spilled out all over the box. I sent Chewy an email requesting a replacement or refund. They responded quickly and immediately replaced the product. While it was frustrating cleaning up the mess, I appreciated the excellent customer service and response time.
