First of all they have a promotion of spend $100 get $30 back. I order only to find they cancelled my order for being over $100. I called them and was told they needed voice verification and all was good and they were sending it. Waiting and wondering and no email for tracking to find it was apparently cancelled again! 3 emails saying autoship confirmed, but they have now cancelled my order 3 times. Mind you I could have picked items up a couple times now and didn't because I had this order supposedly coming, now I don't know if I'm ever getting it or not. If you want a company completely unreliable this is it. They'll lie and tell you it's on the way then tell you it was cancelled. Last email they told me I'd have to reorder everything by tonight to get the $30. What an absolute joke.

I have been using Chewy.com since they started in 2011 when we adopted our rescue Ranger. Any time I have ever called I have been treated like family. Their product line is amazing, they constantly have deals, and auto ship is flexible and on time. On your pet’s bday they receive a bday card. Our Ranger sadly just went over the rainbow bridge the other day. I had called them about my order yesterday and just now I received a beautiful flower arrangement from Chewy. This is the kind of company you want to do business with. Thank you Chewy

This company is nothing but stellar! They have handled my questions, returns, rush shipments because I forgot and anything else I needed. We just lost our kitty Gracie and not only did they not ask for a shipment back, they credited, let us donate it and sent us a flower arrangment in Gracies honor. I LOVE Chewy and have been with them for years…we will not buy from anywhere else!! They have always resolved any issues I had mostly not their fault. The sweetest gesture was the sympathy card and flowers they sent when our dog passed away…it meant so much to us!

My father has been using Chewy for quite some time. His best friend passed at 17 years and he called Chewy to let them know he no longer needed the regular shipment of food. The lady was very sympathetic and a few days later a bouquet of flowers showed up at his door. It brought my dad to tears he was so touched and he couldn't believe how kind they were at Chewy. Thank you Chewy for such a kind gesture. Truly remarkable customer care.

autoship free 1-3 day delivery takes 5 days +! always blamed on the courier service- $50 dollar bag of food every 2 weeks and their remedy is a partial refund ($15) toward the purchase of another bag of food locally? W.T.F?

I am very pleased with the customer service, the products and quick delivery . When I place my order I have it in 2-3 days.

Double price without notification. On two different occasions our auto ship order was shipped at TWICE the price with NO NOTIFICATION of the price change. They did give me a refund, but I will go to Amazon from now on as they notify the customer if the price increases.
