I have long appreciated the cost savings provided by Chewy's auto ship for pet supplies. When my cat became ill and needed special diet food and medicines, I also began interacting more with the pharmacy staff, and they were extremely helpful and considerate. Eventually, sadly, my cat died. And that's when I fully experienced the benefit of Chewy's compassion. Staff made it easy not just to cancel all my orders (actually refunding expenses on a final shipment, without me even requesting that) but also to stop any promotional emails. And then I was surprised by a delivery of flowers with a condolence note. I really appreciated that caring expression.

I love Chewy! Chew supplies my crazy life with all my dog food, cat food and liter, not to mention all prescriptions. But, today I received an amazing surprise! Chewy!!!! The sweetest portrait of one of my cats! What in the world! Thank you for making 2024 a fabulous year!

Awesome service. My dog is on prescription food so I have had many occasions to order from Chewy. In the event of a question there is always a helpful person on the phone. Delivery speed is amazing. I order all products from Chewy not just prescription food.

I started ordering from Chewy years ago. I do not drive and live alone. 17 years ago I took in a cat who appeared at my back door. When Chewy came along, not only did it make my life easier but I got next day delivery usually, if anything was damaged it was replaced immediately, and I saved money on autoship, free shipping, and prescriptions. All the years of AMAZING service has truly been a blessing. 2 weeks ago I lost my beloved sweet "tuxedo" cat, Calie. She had been sick for 6 months. I contacted Chewy to cancel my account and clear out autoships, payment methods, etc. They emailed me back and gave their condolences and said they'd take care of the account. All great service...Today I had a knock at my door and it was a bouquet of GORGEOUS flowers including a sweet note from them! Wow, just wow! I am still in shock that they took the time, thought, and money to send me flowers. THIS is a great company. I hope the CEO sees this!

I placed a pharmacy order the 10th of January. Priority medication. My vet approved the order yet it’s now the 16th and the medication still has not shipped. Glad my cat is not life dependent on this medication other wise he’d be dead. If you need medication for your furry loved one I highly recommend NEVER ordering from Chewy. Completely unreliable!!!

I order from Chewy at least twice a month. This place consistently has the fastest, most accurate shipping I have ever experienced. I can order on a Sunday night and have my stuff Tuesday morning. They should teach Amazon a thing or two. Also, my dog goes crazy when I tell her a "Chewy box" is coming. We love our Chewy!

I made an order and believed I selected the correct address where I have several on my account. When I called customer service to correct my mistake the woman was helpful and changed the address. And I deleted all of the other addresses from my account. For whatever reason, it didn't actually save on the agents side. I called back because I got a delivery update which had the incorrect address, still. The woman, Patricia, put through an entire new order for me with the correct address. Order confirmation email came through with the wrong address again. I didn't notice until hours later when I remembered to check. I called back. He fixed it, refreshed the page, and made sure I got the confirmation email with the correct address before completing our call. Every associate I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable. The fact that they even have the capability and agents available to resolve an issue like this is far above most places I run into this problem with. Honestly, I do this way more than it should. They even referenced my pets during our call. Could not have asked for better experiences.
