It was a real pleasure doing business with Chewy. I had auto deliveries and other purchases as well. You could always depend on quick delivery and great service. Finally I lost both my dogs 1 year apart. Each time they sent me flowers,and that meant so much to me. As soon as I'm ready and it will be a while. Chewy will be where I go for impeccable service. Wow. I knew this company was structured for ease and access to all your pet’s needs (fast shipping), but this company is so much more than this. For one, their customer service team is made up of genuinely kind and caring humans. The feel of this company is NON corporate, their response time and sincere thoughtfulness to help you with a return or order issue reminds me of a locally run business that cares about you as well as their reputation as a brand and company. Secondly, I also appreciate how they care about the environment among all the shipping that they do, by cutting back on unnecessary return shipping and may have you donate something to an animal shelter versus you use up extra environmental resources. I know that can’t be the case for everything, but, they are a brilliantly run company, I have never been disappointed and their consistency is there by far!

Above and beyond!! We are lost our beloved Jack last week. We had just opened a large, prescription bag of dog food that we order from Chewy. I contacted Chewy with hopes they could offer some place I could donate the food. I received an email back, with the upmost caring and loving message on regarding Jack's passing from Brittany. Not only did they offer this wonderful email, but it also included that they were refunding the total cost of the dog food. I was so amazed and just cried. But Chewy was not done... Several days later I received a beautiful flower arrangement. I tried to guess who would have sent the flowers and thought I had the answer, but what a surprise to see it was sent by Brittany and the Chewy family. I wish I could give them a hug. This meant so much to us. Truly above and beyond for any company.

My wife has been buying both dog and cat food from chewy . She is very happy with the products. We buy both dry and canned wet food. We have three cats and two dogs I have complaint about the shipping. We had ordered two cat food dry and one dry dog food. They packed 40 lb and 20 lb bags together in one box. They claim to care about the animals they profit from.they obviously could care less about the delivery drivers or customers who have to carry these items. I’m trying to convince my wife to look elsewhere

A few days ago, we received our most recent CHEWY order and everything was PERFECT...four cases of canned cat food, two buckets of cat litter and a couple REALLY cool cat toys! Now I've always been one to "repurpose" stuff, so I save the crinkly tan paper that you folks use in packaging the product, cut it into two-foot squares and the"girls" go crazy rolling around on it...ESPECIALLY if they've been (CHEWY)ing on the cat-nip banana!

My order was delivered 500 ft from our door in the middle of the driveway. This is unacceptable and I actually stopped ordering from Chewy back a few years ago because delivery driver left a box behind my vehicle and I damaged my vehicle when leaving my driveway and my handicapped mother had to go down the driveway to fetch her dogs food. I recently placed another order to try again and there it is delivered flung out 1/2 way down the driveway. I called and your person taking the call thought this was a laughing matter. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed in the deliver method and laughing employee and being in the phone for a long time with no resolve. I will never order from Chewy going forward.

Shame on Chewy.com. They state my dogfood will be delivered by Fed Ex. They turned it over to the Post Office. Shame on them. This is not the job for the post man to deliver .......Will NEVER order from Chewy.com again. NEVER.

I have used Chewy.com for 10 or 11 years. They have delivered to me all over the country, with no problems. My job is carries me all over. Suddenly, after 11 years their "fraud team" has me on hold for changing my address and payment method, which I have done numerous times over ten years, without any problems. They told me I had to verify my info which I did, twice over the phone, and once via an email link. Three days later, I'm still on hold. They apologized for dropping the ball and I was promised by two people that my order would be on a truck by end of the day on the 20th. It wasn't. From now on I will buy from the local store, wherever I am located. Too hell with chewy.com.
