They lost my pet’s prescription twice. I even called the second time to make sure I had everything filled out properly. My dog was left without her pain medication.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Chewy. I've been a customer for about 7 or 8 years and have used them for several different pets and animals even the homeless kitties outside. Now Chewy does often surprise me with their EXCEPTIONAL customer service but I was BLOWN AWAY yesterday when I received an email after reviewing a couple products I had ordered from them and one of the reviews I stated I was going to donate the UNLIKED treats to the animal shelter and approximately half hour later received an email from Chewy stating they were REFUNDING my money for said treats and I didn't ask for one in ANY way! To me that is OUT OF THIS WORLD customer service! I DEFINITELY recommend them 1000%

I have been a customer of chewy for roughly 15 years. I have never been disappointed. The items I’m looking for are always in stock and delivery is always accurate and fast. The icing on the cake is the fact that every time one of my beloved pets pass away, they send me flowers and condolences. I got a bouquet today for my sweet Apollo. I wish I could post a photo. My own family members don’t do that.

I highly recommend Chewy for all of your pet needs. Their customer service is unmatched. They are kind, generous, knowledgeable and compassionate. I love the access to direct questions to a vet. It came in handy when ours was out of office. We are in the process of making arrangements to say goodbye to our Gracie girl and they were very generous when I contacted to see what our options were to return the food we had received. I just completed a review for the NonoPet seat cover I received from chewy.com. The seat cover seems to be very good-just did a quick spin to try it out today. I gave five stars. What I didn't like is that a message appeared that said my review would be reviewed and posted if approved. This makes me wonder how trustworthy the reviews are on chewy.com. I count on reviews when I purchase products and don’t expect them to be curated.
