I have to tell you I talk to an awful lot of companies on a day-to-day basis. I wish everyone was like Chewy! Chewy answers your questions, Chewy will call you back, Chewy will do research if you need them to, Chewy gives you good discounts offers good pricing and it's just overall the absolute best company that I do business with. They answer the phone right away and you don't have to leave a hundred messages to get an answer or call back. I wish every company was like chewy!

They used to be a great company, but after switching to OnTrac, I started experiencing delivery delays. As a result, I am no longer a customer.

After orders already being late for months now they are canceling my order entirely because I am in Spokane. Even though my address is not in an evacuation zone and both of the fires even kinda near me are over 90% contained. Their system does this automatically and apparently has no override whatsoever. Worst service EVER. Back to freaking Petsmart I guess

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong dog food. Within a minute, I got a real person on their live chat. After explaining that it was totally my fault, they sent me a prepaid return label and applied the discount I got on the original order to the replacement order. No delays, hassles, or problems. They simply took care of my problem in the appropriate way and earned my loyal business. If only all businesses operated this way!

Every person I've ever spoken to has been so very kind and genuine. It feels like phoning a friend. This is vital, and especially stands out when so many companies have literally no customer service- using only Ai with no opportunity to reach a human. Nothing can substitute the human connection and Chewy has the best live humans to provide this-consistently and always. We lost our senior dog & Chewy helped me cancel orders, even pharmacy, & sent a sympathy card & beautiful rock painted with our dog’s name on it.

I have used Chewy for my cat for several years. Every time I call or need assistance, the person on the phone is beyond courteous and helpful. If figured it was the rare case, but it is not. I do not know who trains the Chewy customer service representatives but keep it up. Simply outstanding. Fantastic products and superb service.

Chew.com is the most compassionate company that I have ever worked with. I called them on July 31, 2026 because I was having an issue with my form of payment for an order. At the time of the call, I was going through a medical crisis, and they could sense how upset I was and were so kind and understanding. They really listened to my problem and helped me. About a week after the call, I received a Chewy mug and tea along with a nice note that hoped I felt better soon. Top Notch Company!

I had a cancelled subscription and the pet medication needed a new prescription and chewy put a 224.93 hold on my account. I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours for the funds to be released. I don’t understand how they can put a hold on funds in my account with a cancellation and no prescription renewal. Now I have to make sure I don’t get over drafted since I didn’t plan on an order coming through. Seems pretty crooked to take money for something you haven’t or can’t ship.
