I have always been satisfied with Chewy. The fast shipping is exceptionally good and customer service is helpful.

Above and Beyond I have been using Chewy's automatic subscription for my dog's flea/tick medication for over 5 years, but when my dog suddenly died on Thanksgiving, I didn't even think to cancel this subscription. When the medication arrived in the mail, I sent an email to the support team explaining our heartache and wanting to return the medicine and receive a refund, if possible. The support team was incredible. They responded in genuine compassion, told me I could donate the medicine to a dog rescue near me and they would immediately refund my account and cancel my remaining subscription for me. I was very touched, but then they sent me a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers in memory of my Ivy a week later that left me in tears. When our family is ready for another dog, we will absolutely be using Chewy whenever we can. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Chewy and Matthew L for the comfort you brought us during a difficult time.

I have never had any problems with Chewy in all the years I have ordered from them!! Great prices, cheaper than I can buy the same product locally and Chewy is always in stock. Shipping is incredibly fast, at least in my experience! I have recommended Chewy to many friends and not one of them has ever had a bad experience or issue with Chewy. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Chewy for as long as I own pets. Chewy is a Bright Star to me in this gloomy world we currently live in.

I love chewy. this company. they are the best. and i love that if u accidentally order something u donate it and don't send it back! but I love this yr at xmas they sent me a pic of my baby. it was hand painted. it was so beautiful.

Entire order was a mess. Everything re-packaged loose and all over the place. All items returned... Chewy dragging it's heels on the refund... Beware of Chewy! Stay away at all costs!

I just lost my cat this week. I had a full unopened case of KD. I called to see if I could return it. They said my account would be credited and I could donate the food. Then today I received flowers FROM CHEWY with a nice note!!! This is the most amazing customer service I think I have ever received. So grateful!
