So this was a very strange situation. I’ve ordered from Chewy once before, many years ago but usually I just buy stuff in person. However, now my cats need expensive microchip feeders so the best place to get them was from Chewy. I placed the order and my credit card company denied it at first but when I confirmed it was me they let the purchase go through. Chewy, on the other hand, did not. They wanted to confirm that my account was actually me and made me call them to confirm my identity. I did that, but that still wasn’t enough and I had to call AGAIN and go through the whole process again. I was so mad, I just wanted to get my order. All of that being said, every single person I spoke with at Chewy was beyond sweet. They were very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to help me. It’s impossible to be upset when everyone I spoke with did their best to help me and make sure I get my order. I’ve worked in customer service, I get it that some things are out of their hands, and they still did everything in their power to help me. I’m deeply grateful.

what I admired about. chewy is that I can order cat food on Saturday and it will be at my door on that Sunday ...

I had to update this. The company sent me an email of apology, A full refund. I have to admit that was customer care and not something you see these days. As to Chewy the company and customer service good job. Driver left my boxes in the hallway by the public entrance. Not packed well cans were dented.They put the two heavier items in one box with little tape support and my guess is the box was dropped just inside the door and broken open.

I have been a customer of Chewy for years. Food, supplements, medicine for all my pets. They have great products at affordable prices. And most of all, I feel they care about their customers. The times there have been issues, they are very helpful, friendly, and take care of the issue. There are not many companies that go out of their way to please their customers. 2 legged as well as the 4 legged. Thank you Chewy.

Chewy’s products and customer service is above and beyond. I’ve been with them since 2011. Recently, my puppy passed and they sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I thank you Julie and your company from the bottom of my heart.
