Excellent customer service every time! I asked to return an unopened bag of food that my dog does not seem to care for anymore and they issued a refund and put the order in for the new food my dog likes at this time.

Sitting here beyond upset, as I’m out over $700 because my order is missing thanks to FedEx and Chewy doesn’t seem interested in compensating me, which is just…insane. An item ordered was marked as delivered, despite it never having shown up. Chewy went from saying to “give it time or we’ll send a replacement” to completely contradicting and saying “we can’t because we don’t know what happened”. A picture as provided but it was left at someone else’s door. My apartment number wasn’t even on it. I was shocked. Been having so many health issues and this item was going to help ease some strain and stress with taking care of my cat - which I mentioned to them. I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank in the meantime to try and recoup my funds. I’ve also deleted my Chewy account as well after being a member for years now. I’ve heard this happening to other customers who had it solved super quickly, so it’s upsetting that I’ve had such a different and difficult experience.

Fed Ex sent early morning email saying delivery today. I had to go to the grocery store early this morning in the pouring rain and was in the pet section and did not get food or litter knowing my order was coming today. At 10 AM I track my order - Fed Ex shows UPDATE: delivery tomorrow. The distribution location is 15 minutes from my house so it’s been sitting 15 minutes from me for two days now. I called chewy customer service letting them know I was upset about this and the only thing I was told is that if I wasn’t happy, I could return my order when it arrived - nothing else. I canceled all future shipments. FedEx is not reliable and I’m not impressed with chewy Customer Service at all. I won’t use them again. And this is not the first issue I have had with unreliability with chewy.

Misleading with their deals, especially buy 2 get third for free. I don’t like companies that try and deceive me.

I always find their customer service to be top notch. Fast delivery and will call Vet office for you when you need a prescription medication like Heartgard.

I ordered stairs for my dog and he was too heavy for the stairs. Chewy gave me a full refund and told me to pass the chairs on. I think this is the best company that I have dealt within my 80 years. I'm taking the stairs to the shelter. Thank you Chewy.

I've been ordering my dog canned food from Chewy for approx 6-7 months. I switched him over to this food because of his sensitive stomach. Every single case that arrived has come with dented cans. Sometimes the cans are so dented the cans don't stand up straight. Sometimes they are dented on the seams or the bottom, where industry guidelines say that it's not safe to take the chance to consume. Chewy has put notes upon notes in my profile to supposedly have my orders tagged for a "walk through" at the warehouse, but it has done no good at all. They only put a short piece of butcher paper on the box and the box of cans has 4-5" all around it to slide around (and get dented) on its journey. This last time I called to complain once again about the dented cans, they stopped providing any sort of refund or acommodation despite it being their warehouses fault over and over. I am done with them. Just done. Their customer service would rather I throw out dented cans than spend an extra 30 seconds to put in a small cardboard wedge in the box with the $50 canned food to prevent it from getting damaged (and therefore dangerous to consume).

I purchased insulin for my cat from Chewy. It was shipped incorrectly, spent way too long unrefrigerated and had to be disposed of upon finally arriving late. I am out over $120 US Dollars even though Chewy sent me an email saying they would make it right. That was not true. Avoid this vendor and find a local supplier, the few dollars saved are not worth this hassle or the lies.
