I see others complaining but I’ve dealt with them for 4 years now and no issues, but if there is a promotion going on you need to call the main company things will get done faster.. I have things I buy like dog food is set up on automatic and in the long run you are saving

My cat took lll with acute pancreatitis. I ordered special prescription food from Chewy that was not going to come in time. I called a customer service representative in tears. Not only did they expedite the order but sent me a case for free which arrived the next day! Today, a week later my cat received three catnip mice and a card This is why I will only use chewy for everything for my pet! They are the best of the best.

Chewy always ships so quickly and products are always as described. Any time I had to deal with customer service they were amazing. They sent flowers and a refund for one of our autoship orders after our dog passed. Great company!

I've dealt with Chewy in the past, always pleasant, helpful, courteous customer service. I've recommended chewy to many family members who have been pleased as well. It's been some time since I've had to require their services. Even after all this time, they remembered me and asked how all my fur babies were. Most are gone now, however I was amazed how they remembered. I just recently needed help from the pharmacy. I can't express how kind, patient and understanding Elizabeth was, especially helping with expediting my order. Unfortunately, it was too late and my baby crossed over. They immediately canceled my order with deepest condolences along with receiving a beautiful red rose bouquet only 2 days later. This is a classy professional company that I highly recommend for any of your pet needs. I Thank the Chewy family for helping brighten a very difficult time.

I have my 2 dogs food set up on auto shipment. I recently lost my 14 year old dachshund to the Rainbow Bridge and I reached out to Chewy to let them know and change my auto ship date since I only have 1 eating it now. The next business day, I received a vase of fresh flowers. It blew me away!!! Don and the support team are amazing! Not only is auto ship easy this company knows great customer service!!! Thank you!!

Supplier did not honor there promotion. I called to question it. I was told that there promotion had expired when it didn't as it was displayed all over their website when I made the purchase. This will be the last time I purchase from them. At least Petsmart honors a competitor price, so I will go there instead.

I placed my second order with chewy and after i paid and got a receipt i received an email stating that i could not get my item until i called first. So i called and they required me to give them all my personal info over the phone to "verify" my purchase. Super shady and i not only cancelled my order bit will not shop here again. Way to repel customers chewy!
