First purchase made Monday (very early morning) for my chinchilla and it was here within less than 48 hours!! Could not be happier. Order correct and packaged nicely. I only found chewy because my chin is SO picky, he will only eat one kind of hard food, and amazon started selling it for double the price. Found it on chewy for 1/3 of that price and they will now be my go to. Bought him an assortment of other food products for him since it was free shipping $35 or more on a first purchase. As a business owner myself, I know that means chewy eats the price, so I very much appreciated that. Very happy to be a new customer :)

Always has competitive pricing on products. Auto shipping for prescriptions is such a great feature on their website as it allows me to not have to worry about my next refill for my pet. Their customer service is amazing, always helpful. I highly recommend Chewy to anyone that has a pet.

Chewy was there for us in a huge way with the passing of our beloved Tebow. The generosity and loving support is beyond words.

If I could rate no stars I would, placed order was a week over due, I had a live chat with Chewy, they told me that they had no information on my order. 3 days later I called and spoke to CS rep was told they would resend my entire order, now order a week late. did another live chat, not much help other than they will resend my order. Customer service has gone down hill with Chewy, After I receive my large order that I have already paid for I am going to cancel Chewy and try PetSmart or PetCo.

Chewy offered a $30 gift card with a $100 purchase, but after I placed my order I was told that it didn't qualify because I purchased excluded items. I'll stick with Petsmart.

Great selection of products for pets. And terrific service as well. Most importantly, they respect people and love pets based on my service interactions. Chewy will remain my go to for pet needs.
