Received my dog food and was left out in the elements instead of the place with capital letters to be delivered at the covered front door . Had a vertebrae replaced and cannot lift those heavy bags and Noone will be here until Saturday. Contacted customer service and explained. Have spent over 5000 dollars with her company. Her solution. Print out the shipping label and send it back and they will refund the money???? Customer service used to be great. Went downhill fast. Oh BTW found it cheaper on Amazon and they ALWAYS deliver at the front door as specified

Good or bad Chewy always comes through when the vet cannot. They even call to verify a prescription so you don't have to mail it in. Not to mention they deliver quickly and have so many products for animals. I shop for cats and dogs and their prices are comparable. I do believe they deserve a 5 rating.

I have been ordering from Chewy for years ! Excellent prices and customer service is the BEST!! Ex. My dog Maddi at age 7 years old has a torn CCL and hip dysplasia.. I called about temoving few items from my order ( saving for my next) long story short , after ER vet with my dog , had to get a chew for her hip issues and torn CCL. I was in tears. Today, I got a card wishing her well along with a toy. I cried. Caring company ! Compassionate employees. ♥️

I've bought from them for 13+ years, their shipping is fast, prices good, service too. But what really struck me is what happened when my dog died. I had been getting his food by autoship, then had to cancel future shipments. In the comments I gave the reason for cancellation. So - I no longer have a pet and will therefore not be a customer, but they sent me a personalized sympathy card including his name. The timing was perfect and it really gave me a lift!

The delivery took way too long. I asked for the package to be delivered to my door. The package kept coming but the delivery never arrived at my door. If I knew there would be a signature required I would have just not bothered ordering online as I am not home during typical delivery schedules. Eventually they did deliver and left at my door. I ordered several flavors from a company my cats love. Sort of as a "restock in bulk" mindset. Well, I will never orde4 from them again. Here's why: My cats will not even touch the food. At all. How is this possible 😳 I have no idea. I go to the grocery store and get the same food, they eat it. I go through 5 boxes of different flavors of cat food and they don't like any of it? I think something odd is up - whether they get expired food from 2015 or something I don't know...But I will Never ever order from this company again. It was such a huge waste of money as all and I mean, ALL of the food has gone to the garbage. I considered asking for a refund or proof of the quality and expiration dates for the food, but decided to just take the lesson. My cats deserve better than this and so do I. Thank you but NO thank you!

Chewy is an exceptional company - easy-to-use website, consistently good prices, quick and reliable shipping, and above all, the best customer service I have experienced with any company, hands down. Not only do they have 24/7 customer service, but they are always quick to fix any issue - even if it's the customer's fault. Plus, they send birthday cards for your pets, and always ask about them when you contact customer service!

Today was my last order with chewy I have been with them for more than 5 years. However today they messed up my auto shipping and charged me for shipping their ad say free shipping. The person I spoke to was not as kind seem they just wanted to be done with the call I did not h come upset. My order was late to begin with and there were multiple excuses I am so disappointed
