I had postponed autoship and when I reactivated it to get my dogs Hills science W/D multi benefits prescription dog food. I received a shipment from Chewy and it was the wrong prescription this was for skin and digestive care . At first I tried to settle this through their online chat but they couldn't even find my prescription from my vet that I sent a copy of when first ordered the food ,then they said I had two accounts then said there wasn't nothing they could do except send the wrong food back and wait to weeks before getting my money back. I ask them what about getting the right food sent to me they said I would have to pay more money before they could send it to me so I am on a fixed income and I have to be out almost two hundred dollars even when it wasn't my fault but I have to pay for their mistakes as long as I had been a customer of theirs for several years but that didn't seem to matter they no more care about what is right than the man in the moon so I canceled my account and went with Allivet.com .I will never do business with Chewy ever again and I actually feel for othe people who happens to get something else besides what they ordered seems like the right hand at that company doesn't know what their left hand is doing so for all the ones who are still with them best of luck to you.

I contacted Chewy as I had ordered a prescribed medication for my dog Tucker who had been having problems with his hind legs joint pain and trouble getting up and down, unfortunately it turned out to be his spine and we had to put him to sleep, so I contacted Chewy in hopes to return the medication that was do for delivery the same day and talked with a Chewy pharmacist who was compassionate and caring and told me to just dispose of the medication and they refunded me the whole purchased price , I couldn't believe it that a company could be so caring it made a big difference to me on one of my hardest days for someone to show me such kindness and true compassion, so I just wanted to let everyone know that Chewy is Amazing,and really does care about each and everyone of their customers. SO A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE CHEWY STAFF. Russ & Donna Harrison

I’ve been using Chewy for years .They are the best .My black lab Ellie recently passed .A very sad time .The company canceled all my orders coming in .On top of that they send me a beautiful bouquet of flowers.❤️❤️

The good and the bad ... First, I will say that I have been using Chewy for several years for dog medication. It's on autoship, and works great. I can adjust the autoship time as needed. One downside with the medication: they upped the price by about $10 without notifying me. I let it go, because my dog needs the meds, but I would have appreciated a notice. I would leave it at that, but now... Today I tried to create an autoship order for dog food. I was wanting to try a new food, and there was an offer on the website for 25% off new autoship orders. Note - it said $25 off per order, not per item. I chose 3 cases (3 different flavors to try) and the cart only took the discount off for one case. I called customer support, and was told the offer is per item, not per order. I pointed out that the website says PER ORDER. The gal was very apologetic, and agreed that it is "misleading" but could do nothing about it. Sigh. It's not even about the price. I just do not like being lied to straight up like that. I like Chewy's overall (you do get a real person when you call, which is amazing!) but this is enough to make me consider looking elsewhere.

We have been Chewy customers for over 10 years. 5 or 6 of those on auto ship. We have spent thousands during that time. Today I called to get some advice on which dog boot to purchase for an injured paw. I spoke with 4 different customer service reps including a supervisor, and not one of them would answer a question without my email address, name, physical address, phone # and zip code. I have called in the past, several times, and was able to make a better decision on a product. However when ordering on line, my account is accessed through my email address, nothing else. They want all this to answer a question. I did not get far enough to ask a buying question. I do not know what has happened with Chewy customer service. I had a couple situations with the pharmacy in the last few months also. I did not think too much about it at the time. I do now. What a shame, they were the best in my book. When customer service declines, watch out. I am only one customer, they will not care.

Absolutely horrible. Worst food company I’ve ever dealt with. Took out my money for subscription auto ship feed but NEVER sent my order. Glad my bank made them reimburse me and stopped all payments to them going forward. I was even disconnected on chat by a representative because she couldn’t simply take accountability and make it right. Wrote the BBB they still deny it’s their fault. Worthless!!

Chewy is the worst around. They don’t listen. They are worse than Walmart they’re shipping said I would have my stuff today even though I got stuff yesterday I didn’t need and it was all wrong and now today what I do need is not here but yeah, they’re telling me it’s supposed to be here, but FedEx is saying it won’t be here for two more days so now I have to go to the damn store for nothing You Suck.

Customer service experience lasted less than 5 minutes. I genuinely barely had to lift a finger and representative even asked how my pet was doing. The bar is so low for customer service that something as simple as that made me so pleased. They knew exactly what to do. Chewy, if you’re reading this, it’s worth every $ spent on these reps. Other places, I would dread calling because it takes 30 mins out of my day. Thank you truly 💕
