A WORD OF CAUTION to anyone who has a dog ( cat too maybe) that eats Chewy brand Limited Ingredient canned food. this used to be called American Journey, but they did a name change this summer,AND THAT'S NOT ALL. They significantly changed the ingredients without a warning at all. This is a limited ingredient food for a reason, right?! Unfortunately my dog suffered a terrible bought of constant itching for weeks, we started Quercetin again, withholding other foods, inspecting every label etc. We ended up thinking he developed an allergy in the environment , but it just kept getting worse. Then a thought popped into my head...what if he suddenly developed an allergy to the lamb or something in his food?? I called Chewy and it turns out they changed the ingredients late July and didnt bother to advise their customers who have dogs with food allergies and sensitivities, which is of course why they are buying this food!! They added pea protien and potato protein, and changed several ither ingredients, took some out and added others in. I am Extremely disappointed in Chewy, trust in their brands is gone. The only reason they're getting 2 stars now is because of their excellent customer service people, they are consistently the best I've encountered, and we've been buying from them for years. They've always rectified any issues we've had, and the representative found another limited ingredient food so I dint have to, and she was fantastic! Within 24 hours of stopping the food, his scratching is significantly less.

I am extremely disappointed with how Chewy has handled this situation. I ordered a vacuum from Chewy and NEVER received it. The original delivery photos show the vacuum being delivered to a DIFFERENT HOUSE. When I contacted Chewy about the problem, I was told that fedex had gone back to the incorrect address, picked up the vacuum, and then delivered it to my home. That did not happen. I have security camera footage from my home that shows the claimed delivery to my residence never occurred. Despite this, I am somehow still being held responsible for paying for a vacuum I never received. This is what makes the situation so frustrating: there is photographic evidence showing the original package at another house, and I have my own camera footage showing that the claimed subsequent delivery to my home did not occur. I disputed the charge with my credit card company because I did not receive the merchandise I purchased. Yet I am still apparently being held responsible for the charge. I am not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply should not have to pay for an expensive item that was never delivered to me. Chewy needs to investigate what actually happened with fedex rather than placing the financial responsibility on a customer who never received the merchandise. Based on how this has been handled, I cannot recommend purchasing expensive items from Chewy.

We recently had to say goodbye to my wife’s service dog. She was a 14.75 year old Black German Shepherd. I had neglected to cancel and auto shipment of one of her arthritis medications. I called hoping I could cancel. The pharmacist was wonderful and said they could not cancel it; but she would issue a full refund. I was happy with that…..THEN today we received a wonderful bouquet of flowers from CHEWY!!!! Rarely have I been so surprised by a business and an online retailer. This small step they took, tells me they are REALLY pet people! They have earned my business for life.

Chewy is the best! I had a nice surprise I was not expecting. I received flowers when I reported a cat's passing. I've never had a company I do business with send me flowers. You have a customer as long as I have pet's

Chewy is an amazing company. Their customer service is like no other. They just sent me a hand painted photo of my cat with a card wishing him a Happy Birthday. It brought tears to my eyes. I love their Hallowenn shop!

We have been buying products from Chewy for the past 12 years. They have always arrived on time and been high quality. Our little fur baby just took his journey to cross rainbow bridge and Chewy reimbursed us for the case of food we had not used. In addition to this they sent a bouquet of flowers in memory of our beloved pet. We can't think of any company who could be so kind and thoughtful during this difficult time. We are grateful beyond words.
