I placed an order with Chrwy once and will never do again. I filled in prescription for an infection for my dog. It took me 5 phone calls to make sure this order will finally be shipped. Standard shipping should be 3-5 days. It has been 7 days now and Chewy is sending the meds today. Now 1 gave to wait 2 business days. Technician I spoke to last could not care less. Pretty much she told me:it is what it is. Never again!

I've been using Chewy for about 3 or 4 months.I am using their auto ship and it couldn't be better priced or more convenient.Their customer service is exceptional.And it's the first company that I've ever received.A get well card and a small gift for my cat.When he was feeling sick and I had to order some medication.

They have always been great to me. When my food was delayed in transit they sent a new bag free of charge. When my package got delivered to the wrong address, they resent the prescription. I am so grateful that they are willing to help and be so kind when unexpected experiences happen. I will continue buying from them.

Unbelievable service! My dog had to be put down about a week after receiving a case of canned dog food. I called Chewy.com requesting to return the 11 unused cans. They not only credited my account for the full cost of the case, they instructed me not to return the unused cans. Instead they recommended that I donate it to a shelter. The next day, my wife received a vase of flowers and a note of condolence from Chewy.com. I have never in my life received such exceptional service. Thank you Chewy.com!

I am so disappointed about the shipping wait time. The last 2 times I ordered from Chewy it took longer to ship. This last time it will 6 days. I need the hay right now for my Guinea pig. What happened to the speedy service?? They used to be known for. Also the prices have skyrocketed! 😞😞

They mess up orders too often for them to be my primary vendor. They told me to send my prescription early and when I did they lost it. Secondly, I had an autoship that did not ship out for 5 days. When I called they were clueless and I was passed to another representative who said, “well, you weren’t charged for it”. The problem with autoship for cat food is I depend on that autoship to get my food. I ended up cancelling and would not use them for anything I depend on again.
