Exceptional costumer service and value. I have used Chewy primarily for our pet needs for the past 4 years. Over the past two, even more as my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and required frequent supplies and medication. Not only did they deliver when needed, but when he sadly passed, they did way more than I would expect from a company. They helped me refund his last order of supplies and let me donate them. Additionally they sent me flowers as well as a personalized condolence note. It was so touching and I will forever be a costumer because of their care and exceptional service. I felt as they they saw my pets as a member of the family and truly cared.

I love the convenience and never had any issues with them! My dog loves the food and is always excited when the box arrives.

I have been ordering from Chewy.com for close to five years. They set the gold standard for an all-inclusive pet store including customer service. I recently purchased a pet fountain that stopped working. It did not come with a warranty. I wrote to Chewy.com to let them know that the fountain stopped working and was sent two replacement fountains. Since I am a senior on a fixed income, I especially love the discount on auto-ship items. I know they will arrive on time. It's one less thing for me to remember. When I recently wrote a review about a cat food my cats did not care for, customer service contacted me about how to make it right. There was nothing wrong with the food. My cats are picky eaters. Still, that meant a lot. Chewy.com offers a wide variety of everything imaginable for your pets; if my pets are happy, I am happy. Thank you Chewy.com

My beloved Cody had passed away so suddenly. After his passing, I requested a refund for a bag of litter I never ended up opening. Not only did they refund me, and were overall friendly.. But the very next morning I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my doorstep. Chewy is the only place I’ll ever shop. Even while my best friend was alive, I could always count on them. They delivered orders timely, and their customer service team was always helpful. If you’re looking to shop for your pet, then chewy is the place to go. They truly care, and will always do the best they can to help you out ❤️

Our beloved Bobby passed away suddenly. It was the hardest day for us. I contacted Chewy to cancel his pain meds. A few days later I received a small arrangement of beautiful flowers. I put them in the fireplace hearth above where he slept. It was such a beautiful gift for him. Chewy is so thoughtful and caring. They didn’t have to do that but they went the extra mile to comfort us in our time of loss.

All of their customer service wasn’t the same . I talked to one of the agent name Travis S , he such a bad person , with bad personality. He try to ignore what I complaining about and end the chat . What a rude customer service. Please don’t purchase any gift card from them . No promotion no need to purchase from chewy . They look like a scam

I lost my little girl on Friday evening and Saturday her medication from Chewy showed up. When I called to see if I could return it, they immediately offered a refund and on Monday I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers. For a company to do that just blows my mind. I'll never shop anywhere but Chewy.com again for pet supplies.
