Very bad pharmacy experience. I needed meds for my two dogs immediately as they had Coccidia parasite. They should have told me they they do not do expedited shipment of less than 3 days, and no shipments on the weekend. Had I known this, I would have gone elsewhere to get my prescription refilled. It ended up taking 5 days to get my prescription refill, which meant I ran out of their medicine for over 2 days, and the Coccidia returned in full force and I had to go back to the emergency veterinarian, which is a very expensive process. My sense was that they really did not care about me or my dogs. I will not give them my business anymore and would not recommend them.

I love chewy and its people. But they deliver through FedEx ground and that is broken. Package left in rain ten feet from front porch, package missing 15 miles away for many days. Package left in side yard and I caught the thief as he picked it up. Today. I got wrong package. Truck was 1/8 miles away for away wife and still no package . Delivery was to be by 145pm. It’s now 630 and no time listed on FedEx app. Rep told me by 8pm tonight. Prices for same products are on Amazon. Time may be right to switch unacceptable.

Chewy provides the best customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. You get a human immediately and that person is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Orders are delivered quickly. I can’t say enough good things about Chewy and think any negative review must be a fluke or possibly a bad personal day for an employee.

Order was shipped to a wrong address....second replacement order went again to the wrong address.....one item was for my pet's Heartgard Medication....what is going on with Chewy.com? I will not be using them again...

I've been a Chewy customer for years. I've always found the customer service to be great. They always are generous in resolving issues by shipping extra food and such. Unfortunately, their delivery times have gone from prompt to whatever. Fedex is the problem. Constant delays. Looks like reviews for other carriers are equally poor. In the future I'll be shopping elsewhere. This is a good reason to return to brick and mortar stores.

Chewy is always reliable, prices are very comparable to other sites, and products are typically available. They outdid themselves recently!!!!! I had to cancel an auto-ship order of dogfood since we had to put one of our dogs down...... When I canceled, I chose the reason as "other" and wrote why. Just a few weeks later, we received a sympathy card from Chewy. THAT WAS SOOOOOOOOO SWEET! Thank you!

I am writing this today from the experience of my sister. I have chewy and I am 100% pleased with the company. My sister experienced an even greater side of this company. Her Beloved Dog passed away. She had just received her order of Dog Food. She called chewy to see if she could return the Food (33LBS). They responded with you can donate the food to a shelter or adoption service and they would credit her account. They not only credited her account and extended condolences but a week later they sent her a Memorial Rock with puppy paw prints on it and her pets name. This company is always on time with auto delivery. They are a honest and compassionate company. I am so used to the Greed in this world and this company is far from what I am used to. THEY ARE TRULY A BLESSING to pet owners and their PETS! Thank you Chewy for who you are!

Always amazing. This is why we stay. From sending flowers to my wife at the passing of our dog, to resolving FedEx screwing up our delivery and misplacing $160 worth of food, Chewy is amazing. No question the finest online retailer I have ever dealt with. Thank you.
