Our wonderful dog passed away and we were left with an unopened bag of food. So I called to see if we could return it for a ($67) refund. The answer was “no”—because they were happy to refund the money and simply requested we donate the unopened bag of food to a local animal shelter, which we will do. Have you ever had such treatment from a company before. Not me in 70 years. SO IMPRESSIVE—AND CARING AND CONSIDERATE—CHEWY!

Great shipping speed and customer service but dear gawd their prices are high. I thought I was buying a 3 pack of my dog’s flea medicine but it was only ONE pill. Argh…Going with pet vM to see if I can save some money.

I ordered a new cat food I had spent a couple of weeks switching my cats over to. I was ready to go full time with my new choice but chewy decided to send me something different. When i asked why I was told it was a new bag from the one i ordered . I knew that was wrong so i contacted the maker of the food and sure enough Chewy lied and sent me outdated cat food . I will not buy from them again until they make it right. Being a liar and a thief is no way to run a company. I don't trust Chewy anymore.

We lost our family member “ our Lexie” on January 23 rd Who was a Shih Tzu and was with us for 16 years. I had to call Chewy To stop future deliveries for Lexie. Elaine actually cried with me on the phone for my loss. To my surprise a few days later, I received the most beautiful little bouquet of flowers And a card from Elaine. It touched my heart that Elaine and such a big company would reach out to me in my time of grief. I thank you from the bottom of my heart to Elaine and chewy as chewy then also sent me the most beautiful card a week later! This is a company with a very big heart and they always delivered on time and were always there to help you 24 seven if you had any questions! “Thank you so much From the bottom of my heart”♥️

My husband placed an order on 02/25 and used a coupon they sent to our house. Several days passed with it not shipping out. My husband never received any emails regarding there being a problem. We had to contact them to find out what the issue was. They told us they needed to confirm via email because there was a security issue. My husband did so, then it still hadn’t shipped 2 days later. We contacted them again and were told we needed to contact Chewy AGAIN over the phone again for “security or protection.” This has never happened before out of all the orders we’ve placed, then all of the sudden it’s an issue. I truly believe it’s because we used a coupon and first time autoship discount that saved us money on our order and Chewy did not want to comply. I will never order from Chewy again; this is absolutely disgusting business practice to continuously say there’s an issue and when you resolve it, make it continuously more difficult to get your order.

I cannot explain the extreme courtesy of the customer service rep I dealt with. My dog passed and I had to cancel my order. This lady went over the top and really cared. They even sent me flowers. They have a customer for life. Thank you

Terrible delivery times. I ordered over a week ago from this posting and it's been delayed 3 times and still waiting!!! Chewy stop using fedex if they can't meet your needs!!

I was with Chewy for a few years and it went Okay, not great, but Okay. Orders were mismanaged and mishandled! They would not honor coupons and charged almost double if you had autoship! And continue to ship even after you cancel membership!Customer service would be rude and uncaring! I would give them negative star if I could!! I would not recommend to anyone!!!
