At first the was good, then I after a couple months I changed my mind. I cancelled my subscription but was still charged the next month. I have both emails for cancellation. This is why you should use your credit cards so you can dispute charges.

I have been seeking help for literal years with no luck. Everyone was either fully booked, not taking new patients or not doing virtual. A friend of mine suggested cerebral (she herself uses it) and within a day, I was having my first session. I am so incredibly thankful.

I was able to get an appointment almost immediately when I started a new job and didn’t have insurance.

I’m only giving this 5 stars because of my care counselor and the medication management. This app is very difficult to use. It locks me out and the camera during my sessions works about 10% of the time. When joining and selecting a care counselor I HIGHLY recommend Nicole Byrd.

First of all, you can’t see if this company will accept your medical insurance until after the first month is paid for. After I found that this company does not accept my insurance I canceled my subscription. On February 13th of 2023 I canceled my subscription. On March 2nd of 2023 cerebral took $325.00 out of my account. They could see where my subscription was canceled and agreed it was their fault. Now my mortgage is going to be late because it takes 5-10 business days to receive my money back. Ridiculous!

Very convenient and great providers. They ask the right follow up questions to help continue with guidance and medication.

This is the second time I’ve tried for adhd. Tried no stimulatants with horrible side effects with 2 er visits. Was made to pay $99 to be told can’t help ya. Sorry. Basically told we can up the previous meds to see if it helps…. Yea not a good idea. But nonetheless friendly.

Cerebral has been a lifesend. It has helped me so much. And has made getting the medication I need to help with my depression so much easier.
