Very patient and genuine 😌 didn't automatically suggest meds.

This is difficult to review, as the treatment did make me better. The care counselor I had was very good, but Cerebral juggled me between 3 different prescribers, all of which were unprofessional, difficult to make appointments with, and complained to me about my preference to meet via phone rather than webcam. The final prescriber I had refused my request for help on weaning off the medication, forcing me to go to my primary care doctor for advice on how to do it. Upon cancelling my subscription and removing my payment information (and receiving a confirmation email that it was cancelled), they have continued to charge me and have ignored all messages I sent them requesting a refund.

Therapist Tiffany was helpful and relatable. The cost after the first month was too much, as it wasn’t covered by insurance. Scheduling was super easy.

This company is incredibly unprofessional. I cannot even get a provider to show up to an appointment. Please go to Better Help or Talkspace, if you actually want any form or treatment or service. I cannot express enough how truly awful this company is.

No refunds even if no services are used. Thanks for the reply, cerebral, however I already reached out to you about this and was denied a refund. Hence the review.

I love my therapy each week. She has been a God send in my recovery. She is consistent and really does her best to help me each week. She does a great job on connecting with my provider. I didn't have the best experience with my first provider. I just switched and met my new one. I feel like she is going to be on the same page and truly listened to my concerns. I can't stress this enough if you aren't happy with your therapist or provider change them. The app can be a little glitchy sometimes.

Cerebral as quite literally been life saving for me. I've been using it for over a year and my care team has worked hard to help me work through trauma and has carefully helped me find the right medications that have made me feel SO much like myself! My anxiety and depression have subsided so much and I am so grateful for such a caring and attentive team!
