It's convenient to talk to a therapist online. She listened to my concerns and felt like she understood me.

My first use of Cerebral went very well. My provider for medication management went great, no technical issues, she was kind and took her time to review my history. I recommend this so far. My first therapy appointment is next week. I am really looking forward to it. I also like the app and the assignments in it have already been helpful.

Bad experience, my previous provider called me in December stating that the bill cerebral passed in October that you have to have a in person appointment for controlled substances was not passed and asked me to come back. When I signed up again they told me this was not true. So I spent $100 to have them tell me this. I am feeling like my life is about as low and hopeless as it has ever been and after just meeting with the assessor I feel some hope and like my direction toward healing is finally going in a positive direction. I was nervous about it being online but their technology is astonishing and worth pursuing.

AVOID USING CEREBRAL, I cancelled my subscription bc it’s WAY TO EXPENSIVE! 325 a month! Couldn’t afford it, so I cancelled my subscription, yet they still drafted out of my bank! Put me negative and put me in a bind! They are money hungry and don’t give a F about you

The provider was a god send. Getting an appointment was easy and fast. It worked when no other app would take me on as a patient. I am now getting the help I need to regain control of my mental illnesses and life. Thank you
