The Doctor listened to a T. Even when it was the hardest to talk about some things. I highly recommend using for people who are unsure on how to move forward in taking care of their mental health.

I would leave this company NO stars if that was an option. They were recommended by my insurance company stating they are in network and taking new patients. After filling out their questionnaire and also providing my insurance & drivers license, they confirm I'm 100% covered, they then ask for a credit card to process setting up an appointment. After which it prompts me to select a therapist. I repeatedly get a pop up stating no provider available at this time. Days go by, and I repeatedly get emails to select a therapist, same pop up keeps generating. I cannot access my personal info, credit card info, etc. I then call and get a recording. Lastly, I email them, days later I get a response stating yes, they take my insurance but I will need to be a cash patient if I want their services as they don't have therapists available to take my insurance at this time. *I should actually copy and paste this ridiculous email I received contradicting everything that was stated. It's a complete bait and switch and mind you, they now have access to all of my personal information, DL, CC and insurance card pics that they make you provide in order to set up an appointment (that they won't provide unless you pay them cash), and I had filled out a very personal questionnaire since I ACTUALLY NEED mental health services. This company needs to be investigated and I'm actually going to report them to the DOJ, insurance company, and any other state and national officials that will listen. Everyone wonders why we are in a mental health crisis, well it's the lack of services on top of the insurance companies only paying therapists $29-39 dollars per visit. What a joke. So after a lengthy review, my suggestion is RUN don't walk from this company. It's sad, people NEED help and you are making things WORSE!

Provider took her time and really listened. Didn’t throw a bunch of medicine at me. It’s nice to know I have someone who cares about mental health and wants to help. Highly recommend!

I'd review at zero stars if possible. Doctor Erica Connor has failed to support my wife. She has denied her leave of absence from work because "she hasnt tried to kill herself yet." I want to be clear the only reason she has not tried yet is because of our family support. We are with her 24/7 and have removed any possible way she could harm herself from our home. Dr. Connor has absolutely failed to provide adequate support for my wife and our family. Please think carefully before singing up for Cerebral.

I love my prescriber. She is so understanding and down to earth and really listens to all my concerns. The good, the bad, and the ugly.
