This is a helpful and easy tool to get help when you need it. I can’t speak for all, obviously, but my provider seems to genuinely care. It’s not enough to deduct a star, but the website can be finicky.

I can't suggest Cerebral to anyone - during my time with them, they were great but after they let me know my insurance did not cover the expenses any longer I properly cancelled my account at the end of 2022 and although I have no account with them, their billing department keeps billing me as if I am active and I have to continuously file disputes.

BEWARE. Cerebral uses deceptive billing practices. They refuse to give you a refund even if they do not match you with a therapist within the billing cycle (my therapists kept getting switched cancelled. I never even got to do a therapy session even before I cancelled. Additionally, even if you don’t use the platform they refuse to give you a refund. They didn’t cancel my account as I asked and only paused it then they silently reactivated it and billed me $325 for a month I never even used and absolutely refuse to refund me for it. Company is a bunch of misleading marketers / scammers not a mental health company. I will be submitting a complaint to the FTC about this companies billing practices and I suggest others do so as well. If you got scammed out of money absolutely report them to the FTC. Also, 100% dispute the charge with your bank and credit card company. Cerebral is a MARKETING company that uses all the tricks in the book to sell mental health services. They are NOT mental health advocates - they are marketers and salesmen. (As you can see in the tons of reviews of people getting ripped off such as I just have been.) Edit: thanks for the generic copy paste response but your team keeps refusing to refund me and has stopped responding to me entirely.

My therapist Daniel is truly wonderful. He is wise and careful with his execution; thoughtful and picks up on the unspoken nuances which are critical to facilitate healing and growth.

The service is great but I really wish they worked with more insurance providers. other than that no complaints and my prescriber is awesome.
