I like the convenience and the very much interactive approach of this app/ service.

Really great for anyone who has qualms about going to in person therapy, I was only going to try it for a month. As someone who tends to go into "customer service everything is fine" mode when I'm actually face to face with a person- the video chat/text/phone call option for appointments kind of removes that pressure to ~preform~. It's not something I dread doing. Everyone I've talked to has been very nice, knows their stuff, and seems really committed to helping you. I will definitely be keeping the service past my trial period 🙂

Very thorough and I felt like I was finally being heard by the providers. And I have been to several in person providers. I would highly recommend. They are like a well oiled machine.

Therapist and providers were excellent, and their team of coordinators. I had to cancel because I eventually couldn't afford it, but I wish I could stay with them, they really did try hard to help me. I am getting better regardless... they are superior for services, I assure you! Check them out!

At first I was skeptical; doubting that I could establish a therapist-patient connection via face time. My doubts were for nothing, I have found this service to be so helpful. Being able to sit in my own home and receive care is amazing. My therapist is great. The website, the price, and the technology involved has worked effortlessly. I have recommended this service to my friends and family.

I have not had a good experience or found this helpful. First, my medication was delayed due prescription errors so I was not able to even start it. Then I sent messages to my care counselor that the medication was not working and I needed to speak with my doctor. Those messages were not returned. This service is not helpful for those with mental health issues that need medication. I did not try the therapy option so I cant speak to that aspect. I am discontinuing my services.
