I love that they don’t just throw pills at you and rush you out the door like the psychiatrist I had in the past. The prescribing person I met with really seem to go in depth and care about how I’m doing and how I can use non-medication stuff as well as medication to really attack my mental health issues from all angles. Then, on top of that, the counselor I was matched with gave me some great grounding exercises to do when I’m really having a hard time. It feels like homework but instead of a grade I get to stop being stressed haha

I am a big fan of this service so far. I will say the frustrating thing is having new care managers without warning (my original therapist was not the one that I have the next month), but the service all in all is great. They listen, it’s easy to reschedule and communicate. They send out proper medication doses and follow up. Anyone who needs some mood stabilization would benefit.

I was very satisfied with the therapist... the initial assessment and starting the service is pretty easy. This is important because many people dread seeking help because of the state they are in, therefore easy access is important. For the first time I got medication (delivered) that I noticed made a difference. If you have any questions or issues, the customer support is helpful and responsive. Only thing I would change is make the sessions little longer ( 55 mins) but I know thats the regular length of sessions and you can always reach out to your therapist through chat. I had to pause my service for a bit but will definitely be back soon.
