My provider and counselor were so friendly and caring. I felt very at ease with them, despite my severe anxiety and depression, and feel so hopeful that they can help. I quickly received my first prescription and was able to implement a coping plan, both have been so helpful. They make everything so easy. I love my care team and look forward to continuing my journey with them!

The video calling function does not allow me to insure so they have to physically call me on the phone during the sessions. This then causes some echoing of voices. I had also thought I would have access to talk with someone on short notice id things were not going well

Awesome and super easy service. I think the price for the service is great. I would love to have more frequent visits with my care counselor and that’s really the only complaint I have right now!

I am concerned that they do not answer you in a timely manner. Considering that it’s a mental health clientele base; it seems that they would take messages and emails and phone calls extremely serious. I am not concerned with the price and with following their guidelines recommended if it helps my son: but when they are not answering or responding and we are paying their fees, then I am concerned about their honest intentions with helping their patients.

Please be careful with this company! Predatory and manipulative behavior, gaslighting, coercion, issues with their platform that eventually lay on your shoulders. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY company, not just in the mental health category. They may offer you a discount on “the next month” when something goes wrong, but that’s only because they don’t want give you your money back. And, it obviously helps them secure future business with you. Just be wary - it’s a slippery slope with the discounts for the issues you experience. (This includes- services not rendered, ignored emails/messages for weeks on end, being sent in circles, being given contradictory information, admin errors, platform/tech issues, billing errors.) Their billing policy states that they can deliver NONE of the services that they advertise, yet you are still responsible for the bill. Like. what? Just be mindful. In the end, they are fully protected from their own mistakes, and they really don’t give two f’s about you or your mental health. I stayed a little longer because I did find eventually a good therapist (after having one that was mediocre, and at times felt more like an admin meeting about GetCerebral, rather than therapy). Shout out to Ashley N! She SHOWED UP for me, and is literally the only reason I hung on for a few more months. She doesn't reflect the nature of the company she works for (integrity, compassion, professionalism, expertise). GetCerebral should honestly be kissing her feet, because they really don't deserve her. Anyway, I may elaborate more on another website, but please just be mindful and read the negative reviews thoroughly before trusting GetCerebral with your money, and most importantly, your emotional energy and trust. That is valuable. Especially if you are in a vulnerable place emotionally. Advocating for yourself can be very exhausting. As far as trust goes, this company gets a 0/10... and I would never just throw that out there. ***Ps - I remember checking their reviews on here several months ago, and they were very negative. I remember it clearly because I was like “okay, I’m not the only one”. All of these 5-star reviews popped out of nowhere. Again, just be wary.
