So far my experience with Cerebral has been great. As a whole, the “team” is very responsive, knowledgeable and personable. They’ve understood what I was looking for and what I needed and the care has exceeded my expectations.

Both my care counseler and provider are very helpful and knowledgeable. That being said the system is lacking this two very important features. You can't access to meeting schedule pages unless you message them directly. Sometimes it takes a while for them to respond. Customer support is not the most effective in terms of resolving the problems. I had an issue with my first appointment with my provider and it wasn't resolved until after a considerable amount of messaging back and forth and a lot of frasturation. EDIT: They called directly and resolved all the issues.

The doctor was very lovely and was able to help get my medication quickly, how ever I am having trouble getting more.

So far so good. It's like coming to a restaurant, seeing the menu, but not yet partaking.

My experience has been very positive with Cerebral. Unfortunately I am no longer able to afford care. I have no job and no insurance. Thank you Libba for your prompt replies and our conversations about teaching me new techniques to better manage my anxiety and depression. I am grateful for the time i invested in Cerebral. It’s a scam. I paid $45 (and that’s half of what it usually costs apparently) and my “Doctor” missed my appointment and I haven’t heard from her since. Save your money because all this place does is take your money from you. Maybe all of the doctors aren’t scammers, but Dr. Tara Valenzuela is. She is unprofessional and shouldn’t even be allowed to be scheduled with patients. I arrived promptly on time (even early) and she never arrived. I scheduled my day around this appointment.

I love Cerebral! The compassion and understanding of all the providers, making an effort to understand what is going on and how to fix it.
