Cerebral has been an incredible help to me with my anxiety issues. I was in a rough spot and COVID made it almost impossible to seek help through traditional doctors appointments.

I have had nothing but good things to say about them. They are super nice and have NEVER had a problem with them. We discuss my meds and they do care. I have no idea what the criticism about them are. Please more people who have had good experiences. All they need to do is talk to the head person and issues could be resolved!

I signed up and had my first appointment lined up with a therapist. I had no choice in who my therapist would be; only one person was available in my area(I live in a large metropolitan area). My therapist was a no show. I tried to speak with a care coordinator who told me she had been unable to contact her. Her next available appointment was a week later. When I asked if I could change therapists, I received no response. I asked for a refund and did receive it within 48 hours. This service seemed more budget friendly, but I just didn't feel like I was going to be supported in the way I needed. You may have more luck with a longer standing service with more therapists/providers available.
