I wish I would have found this service ten years ago. I feel the best I have in a very long time!

Even though I am just a little over a month into being with Cerebral, from the time I contacted them i only waited for a few days and was able to see my doctor. She made me feel very comfortable right away, unlike so many doctors who treat people like they are on an assembly line. My doctor listened to everything and seemed very caring. Not once did I feel judgement or feel small. I havent met with my care counselor yet, but I think it's going to be great. After so long feeling like no one understood me or what was happening to me, i now feel better in knowing I have a team with Cerebral. I look forward now and am hopeful.

I've finally found mental health care that works best for my schedule, lifestyle, medication management. There was a small hiccup during my first month when Cerebral's pharmacy failed to mail my first prescription out. The care team worked to resolve it to my satisfaction. It's less expensive, and less stressful than my local mental health options. I can attend my appointments from home, work, or anywhere I have an internet connection. Scheduling is simple. I love that I can attend appointments from home where I feel safer/more comfortable. I was able to receive my medications (Effexor and Seroquel). I haven't needed anything considered a controlled substance, so I can't comment on that aspect of treatment, though I believe it's available in some states.

My first appointment was late. Had to reschedule. Spent a week getting messages about how I didn’t show up when it was you. My meds were late. Then I finally got them. They didn’t work very well. No one responded. Then I got a message my meds were on their way on the 22nd only to find out on the day I ran out, i didn’t get it because I didn’t pay a fee that I hadn’t received until the day before I ran out of medicine. I’m more stressed now than before I started cerebral.

I am beyond pleased with my membership to Cerebral! The Care Team has been phenomenal and are so quick to respond with questions I've had about my medication and behaviors that I am trying to change. I cannot express my gratitude enough and have been spreading the word to all my other mental health warriors!
