The service is no different from going to a local general practice dr. They ask you your symptoms, rush you along without letting you fully speak & prescribe you some medicine that may or may not work. I honestly thought the service would be better & that the drs would actually listen to you speak without cutting you off or speaking over you

I really enjoy using cerebral to get a handle on my mental health. The only complaint I have is it is hard to leave a review for my care givers I haven't been able to successfully submit a review in a minute, however it does not detract from the wonderful care I have been given

Had a therapist cancel within a few hours of my appointment. Then rescheduled and no one showed to the rescheduled one but it said I missed the appointment. Nope sat there 15 mins waiting

Cerebral as a whole needs to state what level of mental health care you provide. And have more empathetic providers, don’t forget this is mental health everybody’s treatment is different not black and white. But sadly your facility also lack in communication between other staff members which effects the patients directly. I’ve worked in mental health and it sadness me to say so many different facilities for mental health and dual diagnosis target patients to “help” only ending in surface level care. The only positive note is my therapist Tara Steinke is amazing and provided excellent care. I was worse after their providers care, ended up in psychosis after being switch back and forth between medications. Then cold turkeyed off Effexor which caused auditory disturbances. Now being five days later from me reporting to their support of so many horrible reactions with a three day later solution of a 15min window to see them. Then was told they have to refer me out because they can’t help my level of care. So basically they screwed me up couldn’t fix me so kicked me to the next guy. Now being five days later, I’m glad they lost me because I came in cause I just didn’t want to be sad and work on past trauma. Left way more messed and seeing once again how our health care system for mental health is sadly not always about the patient. So if you read this all, if you need basic care and a shoulder to talk to they’re great. Otherwise just don’t…

I started my therapy end of March. Within that time, my care team have helped me through some real bad dark places and depression. Have guided me to train my thoughts in a positive and supportive way that honestly I can not explain, but those around me have told me how much happier I look. I am so grateful for Cerebral and my care team. I think everyone should give this form of therapy a try, and honestly, you will not be disappointed!!!

First month went well, met with my provider and got the medications I needed. Second month and my provider doesn’t have any appointments for the next three months out, and I need to speak with her to get my refills. My coordinator set up a sooner appointment- my provider just never showed up. I am now out of medication, facing withdrawal from my antidepressant, and am still reminding my own coordinator of the issue each new day we talk. All of this just in time to be charged over double what the first month was.

I am grateful for the PMHNP prescribing a medication that has helped me and to the counselor that has reminded me to be kind to myself and just keep working on moving forward.
