Nicole at Cerebral was a wonderful person to be connected with and learn from during my stressful season as a student. I am grateful for the time and intentionality she put into helping me grow as a person and get closer my mental health goals.

Doctor was very nice and friendly. She listened to me very well and educated me very well. I felt understood and well taken care of. I got my medicine delivered to my home in less than a full week. Simply amazing! And currently waiting for my therapy appointment. So looking forward to it and hoping for the best! I highly recommend this service to anyone in need of help.

My experience with Cerebral has been a bit of a cluster-f. First, I always feel like i’m one of many, in a bad way. My care team always gets my name wrong (I have a nickname that I prefer) even though they said they “put it in [my] file.” It also seems like they don’t really read my messages in general sometimes… my coordinator has asked clarifying questions about details that I gave her just a couple messages before. My prescriber has missed appointments with no explanation, and then texted my personal cell number, using incoherent grammar, without telling the rest of my care team. Finally, the counseling is kind of a joke. I only meet with my counselor once a month, she spends 20 of the 30 minutes reminding me about what to do if I have suicidal ideations, and then she just points me in the direction of some informational pamphlets that vaguely relate to the problems I say i’m having. The only reason i’m sticking with Cerebral is that it costs less than doctors’ copays to get the meds I need (barely… maybe I should quit)

I love my experience with cerebral. The tools and techniques available through my care team really help me process life’s normal stress, which relieves body tension for me. I am also extremely happy with the provider I chose. I feel like the quality of care I am receiving adds value to my life in multiple ways. Some are stess management, body tension relief, and confidence building. The platform is user friendly. I especially love how I was able to easily research and learn all about the different available providers when choosing the one who is a good match for me, and this was without ever having to leave the platform. Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had in the industry of healthcare.
