I have nothing but great things to say. The service they provide is priceless. We had some issues at first but I don’t know where I would be without them. Everyone is caring. Mental health is hard to find and this service is needed. I talk in the privacy of my home. I am looking forward to this being a long relationship.

My experience with Cerebral was not the best. However, the staff I interacted with were extremely kind and courteous, as well as understanding. Even though they could not provide the help I specifically needed, they tried their best and offered me external resources. I was very angry with them at one point, but I do believe the service they offer is crucial to others in need of mental care, and I urge you to give them a try. Just be sure to do your research first and talk with them to see if you are a good fit.

My doctor is amazing attentive and he listened and made me feel important (Dr Alejandro) I had a problem with the first counselor that cancel on me on the first session but the team leader supervisor stepped in and gave me another option which I loved . Also gave me a discount for the hassle. I am very happy with the tests and everything the website app offers . I am recommending to my boyfriend .

Really great app with information, resources and assessments, professional care for every mental health care need you have! Very easy for me to use as I often miss appointments. This is absolutely the best, try it! It’s very affordable too….
