Cerebral has made such a difference in my mental health. Not only they help me with therapy and medication if needed, but they also make the whole process very simple and easy at an affordable value. It’s great to have your sessions online. This makes it more personal to me since I’m at home and feel at easy to talk. The medications through them are also super affordable which helps minimize any anxiety. I’m happy I was referred to them by my daughter.

I came on to this website not expecting a lot, maybe someone who could refill my meds for me and I was shocked by how professional understanding and supportive my cerebral Psych and Counselor was. Far beyond my expectations and the work done previously by my older psychiatrist.

Terrible experience. They basically stole my money. I signed up, and part way through the initial online evaluation you fill out, it informed me that they can't prescribe the majority of insomnia and anxiety meds in my state. So I cancelled and requested a refund within 10 minutes of signing up. A week later and they refuse to refund my money. I just keep getting passed around from person to person. Allegedly my subscription is cancelled, but I'm being ghosted when I ask about my refund since they can't provide the service I need. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company as the company refuses to answer me and is keeping my money for a service I literally never used even once.

It I asked to cancel several times and they kept trying to charge me; however their team contacted me and helped me cancel and not receive any charges. Overall the service is great and the staff are very helpful and they make sure to listen to you and remind you that your feelings are valid.
