Good help with good intentions

They have been spot on with everything. My life has steadily been getting back to gether. I am so thankful for this group.

Kimberly is so validating of my experiences and made me feel comfortable from my first session. I also appreciate her approach to medication - focusing on treating the symptoms, not the diagnosis, starting with really low doses, and being cognizant of my discomfort/concerns around medications in general.

I’ve ran into some minor issues, which is why I am only giving four stars. However, each issue has been resolved in a timely manner! The app and services are overall amazing.

Ok if you need only the most basic services. I think their staff is underqualified, but if you only need antidepressants they might suit your needs. My (2nd) provider had little backgroung in mental health yet quite confidentally claimed to be far more qualified than she was > I did a general online backGrouNd cHeck ANd Most OF her ExPERiENce WAs in real eStaTe AND VariOuS oThER NoN mENTal HeALTH RelaTeD backgrounD. YEt she appeared TO waNt tO COME ACROSS AS A FULLY QUAlified mentaL health professinal which, By hER undeRSTANiNg of my situation and her diaGNOSIS anD TReaTMent oPTIONs, she WAS quite obviously not. Love this app! I like who I've spoken to. It's nice to finally find someone to talk to and get things off my chest. Using the app was really easy and being able to choose who to talk to was a big plus too!

I'm so glad I found Cerebral. I've tried other virtual therapy/counseling apps and this is by far the best one. Not only are the people wonderful, it's totally affordable. I look forward to being a long-term client.
