This is the WORST company to get any king of mental health services!! Hope you don't have anything other than just depression and anxiety because they won't help you! Then they won't give refunds if they can't help you either. Its a waste of time and money!

I emailed you all to end my account since I had lost my job and only had 50$ in my account after bills to feed my kids for the month instead you guys charged me 85$ two weeks later causing my bank to overdraft and now threaten to close my account and inform future banks.. and of course lose out on the money needed to feed my children. I came to you guys looking for help and instead I have never been in a lower position in my life!

I have been on meds for about 2 month's and talked with councillor and doing well. Have a plan in place and I'm very happy with it. Looking forward to continuing with your help. Thank you, Kimme

I’m writing to update my previous rating of one star. Cerebral reached out to me and even though some of the responsibility was on me over the insurance denial they have refunded for the last section and seemed genuinely concerned for where I was mentally. I would have no issues using them as a provider in the future.

I love how this works. I’m an RN in a rural area where it’s hard to get access to quality mental healthcare. This has been a great experience and I’m so glad I found it.

Truthfully, I hit a few bumps in the road in the beginning with Cerebral. But truthfully, I have with every single mental healthcare provider I have worked with. The thing that I DID receive was responsiveness from a customer care team who really were listening to what issues I was bumping up against and we’re quick to help problem solve. I would encourage anyone considering Cerebral as a service provider to call during workday hours while they have agents available to speak directly with you. I also recommend calling a customer service person BEFORE signing up so you clearly understand exactly what you are receiving and what is financially expected of you. I would also encourage you to keep track of your medication in case you might be running out. Be responsible for ordering your refills during weekdays because customer service accessibility isn’t fully available or as fast on the weekend and they can help in the event your doctor is stacked with other patients. I believe this company has people on their team who are sincere about wanting to help and if you are open to resolution, they will be more than supportive and helpful. The platform has excellent user experience and makes it easy to initiate the process of choosing a doctor by evaluating your needs and matching them with doctors that they recommend. This might be flawed in that because they are a startup they don’t have a totally stable team yet while they are getting their engine running. I think it’s really important to lean into the customer service team to help you navigate your experience smoothly. They are the virtual front desk at your virtual doctors office, so use them - call, email, or use their internal instant messaging service. Hope this helps give new members or those considering Cerebral a few tips on how to have a smooth ride.
