This has been the worst experience using a service like this I started out happy I was seen quickly by the dr setting me up with medications and after that I was like pulling teeth trying to contact someone to get a appointment to speak with my counselor first she missed the appointment and I got emails said I missed the appointment then she told me to reschedule but when I went to look for a day the next day wouldn’t be till the end of the month then she told me to try again because she had opened new appointments and went back to check and it still wasn’t able to be seen till the end of the month I don’t understand why prescribe medications and not speak to the patient also making appointments without confirmation again and emailing me I missed something I didn’t even set up and to see me still getting charged for the service when I still haven’t been able to be seen this is very disheartening experience

I think this is the most wonderful app on the market. The staff members and the providers are so helpful so understanding and so kind. They listen to what you really need to say so they can get a better view of who you are and what you were going through. I am so very happy that I chose Cerebral and Cerebral chose me. This is the way to go if you need mental healthHelp. Thank you Cerebral for everything that you do and thank you south for being so kind and considerate

From day one Cerebral has been a Godsend. The entire process was easy and I got the most amazing team working on my wellbeing. I was not able to get this type of service from my current health provider (which is a shame). Thank you Cerebral for making my experience one to never forget!

Never got into care

This company is a scam. Had an appointment with a counselor. And she talk to me about stuff like things I could do to calm down and working on my stress levels. Then they sent me to a prescriber who I had explain to them what had happened to me in the past and of course she wants me to be prescribed medication I’ve tried many times and I’ve never worked. This place is a scam and I will get my money back.Cerebral I suggest you give me my money back before you’re on channel 10 three and 13 all the local channels in the city. And I can make that happen promise you

The appointment was very smooth and I felt comfortable speaking with myh counselor. I feel like I've been given great tools to better handle my mental health.

I’m so happy I can stay in my house and have my medications delivered and talk to people over the phone rather than having to go somewhere.
