The experience with Cerebral was definitely not what I expected. I read the fine print of the terms and conditions thoroughly before I agreed to the service. And what I agreed to it not what I received. My counselor was nice, but clearly did not have very much experience. He canceled my second session, and tried to have me speak to someone else. Once I decided to opt out of the service. I canceled following the instructions of their terms and conditions, and they have completely given me the runaround! It’s be 4 MONTHS since I canceled, and they are still attempting to charge my credit card! And I keep getting automated messages every time I try to resolve this issue. Which ironically enough - now the service that was supposed to help me, is causing me more stress and anxiety! So here’s an update on Cerebral. My original review stands, because this was my experience until I posted a public review to share my experience. Since my original post it took Cerebral about 48-72 hours to have my issue resolved. Thanks to the Trustpilot platform. However! Now they are trying to question the integrity of my post, because I didn’t rush over and delete or update my original review per Cerebral’s request! After 4 months of drama of trying to get my subscription canceled- these people had the nerve to ask me for a favor!!!! They actually asked me to delete my post!!!! “Who’s integrity should be questioned at this point?” Nonetheless….here it is- After submission of my original review on Trustpilot. An actual human being contacted me from Cerebral and finally canceled my subscription. Overall, I still would NOT recommend their services to anyone I care about.

My clinician listened to me and was relatable . She wanted me to start off with 10 mg of Paxil but I am nervous to start off with that. I’m taking 5 mg to start anyway . Was told that because they don’t make 5mg pills i should take 10 . I am a registered nurse I know that’s not how that works , I can still break a pill in half . But besides that great experience. She let me know I can always contact her .

Really just needed my meds and they helped me with that amd have been checking periodically! I think the price is ridiculous but so is my health insurance.

My experience so far with Cerebral has been wonderful. My care team is easy to work with and amazingly helpful. Their service is more affordable than others I’ve looked into. I like that I can message with my care team about things that come up as needed thats aren’t emergencies. There are exercises that walk you through techniques for things such are grounding yourself and they are extremely helpful. The only criticism I have thus far is that the providers should be required to test their internet prior to starting the session as well(I’m not sure if they are) but it doesn’t have to be the patients fault if the connection is spotty. I say this because I’ve never had issues with the speed of my internet but one of my providers kept having issues with hearing me during our visit and at first thought it was because of my internet. The issue persisted a majority of the visit and thus the reason I mention it. It’s not a big deal to me but may be for other. I just think it is worth mentioning. Overall my experience has been well worth it and I feel much better than when I signed up.

I have been waiting two have an appointment with my counselor. Our original appointment was canceled due to a family emergency on her part. However, no one has contacted me to reschedule the appointment with my original counselor or someone else.

My experience with the cerebral team and counselors has been perfect for me so far I've only had the app for about two months but I feel it is a great fit for me and my needs.
