I can't make it 0 stars
I can't make it 0 stars. But to be honest, They put me on medicine immediately. They prescribed me medicine and it immediately caused a major weight gain. I mentioned my fear of this and was not listened to about it. Now yes, my weight was also affected to not eating as healthy as possible but I exercised daily and I wasn't eating so bad to make it a 40 lbs weight gain, which is what o gained at the end. I mentioned the weight gain multiple times. Never was listened to. The medicine didn't help as much as I wanted. The therapy didn't do a thing. I saw the counselor once a month and saw the prescriber once every 3 months. I feel better now that I'm off the medicine and now I'm saving money as well. So it might help some people but it definitely didn't help me.
Response from CerebralSep 29, 2021
Hi Erica, We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. I'd like to reassure that we do absolutely have the well-being of our clients placed as our top priority. Unfortunately, at times, there are unexpected side effects from medications that come up as a result of the body adapting to a new substance. Please know that we don't wish for anyone to feel like they have to take medication, and we are always willing to work on a treatment plan that is sustainable and does not cause undesirable symptoms or side effects. In any event, I'm sincerely sorry to hear that there was a delay in response when you reached out for support. Nonetheless, I would be happy to follow up on your concerns if you'd like to take some time to speak directly. You can contact [email protected] and ask for me directly. Please know that I'm here to help in any way I can. Kind regards, Stefanie H. Cerebral Coordinator
