The concept here is great, too bad Cerebral doesn't live up to their hype. Their communication stinks - taking over 24 hours to respond to any message I sent. Even then, the "coordinator" didn't read my messages completely and responded to half my questions/concerns. Their counselors missed appointments, despite the fact that I received countless texts reminding ME of the appointments. The availability for appointments is terrible - pushing me off eight months if I used their online appointment booking tool. For $85 a month (that my insurance won't cover) I expected more. Dealing with Cerebral was a source of, not a remedy for, anxiety and distress.

Because of the caring doctors and counselors I was able to open up and tell them my darkest secrets, secrets that was killing me from inside, I can't thank cerebral enough for changing my life, starting me on medication and finally I see a path to normalcy, I'm not there yet but one-day I will. Thank you Crebral I love you guys! Finally my ups and downs are not so absolutely crippling.

The one good thing to come out of covid for me, it opened options to mental health that really never existed. I have such anxiety and self esteem issues I would have never made it into a traditional setting; calling (asking for help) is hard for me , let alone having to go there meet face to face with a literal stranger… I just would have never managed to get the help i have needed for years in an office visit scenario. Anyhow i signed up and wasted no time (knowing it would never happen if i stalled) doing my self assessment via app. Within a day or two i talked to a counselor and prescriber and started this journey out of this hole i have been in far too long. I have always felt comfortable, all at Cerebral truly care , in one of my major down times i had people calling to check in on me. Idk , it is working for me , i have been prescribed some meds that we talked about as i know trying to do it solo hasn’t and won’t ever work… Anyhow six months in or so and slowly my life is changing for the better .. Idk , anyone reading this should give it a try as if you are reading it you identify that you need help. And help is there from the comfort of home … Anyhow , love cerebral and all their staff, and thank you for helping me …

Get Cerebral is exploiting people with severe mental health issues --- and laughing all the way to the bank. Don't believe me? Let's look at the facts: 1.) Get Cerebral Is One Of The Only Platforms That Openly Treat ADHD and Bipolar Disorder. This means they attract a vulnerable population that legitimately needs quality care. 2.) Their ZenDesk Team Is Deplorable. Responses take multiple hours, just so they can say it was "passed onto another team member" and will take even longer. 3.) Their Care Coordinators Sound Like They're On Drugs. I've had to place 5-10 different calls and speak to 5-10 different people, to resolve each issue I've had. 4.) Their Mailed Medications Are a JOKE. As every negative review here states: expect delays, error codes, and excuses as to why they couldn't do their job properly. 5.) There Is No Automated Refill Process. So unless you want to run out of medication altogether...get ready to place 20 phone calls every time your script is nearing empty. 6.) The App Is Useless. Want to submit a requested picture to the staff, fill out a requested form, or directly message your prescriber? You can't, because the app wasn't built properly. 7.) They Raised 150M+ in Capital This Year. Where's it going? Certainly not toward building a functional patient experience. 7.) The Person Responding To These Reviews Is Useless. All she does is give the generic phone number (so you can wait) and the generic e-mail address (so you wait even longer.) Most disingenuous way to reach customers ever. Advice to Management: Fire the underpaid children you have managing your phones/e-mail system, and bring in some real adults with work experience. This is functionally one of the worst mental health services on the internet; and its a matter of time until you're sued to nothing. Update (9/29): As predicted, Cerebral sent their HR monkey to lie about how they're helping "thousands of people." She then provided the same generic e-mail address and phone number which no one answers. I repeat, this is the worst mental health service in America. Do NOT give these fools your money.

I subscribe for the medication and care counseling plan. Obtaining prescriptions is easy after discussing your situation with your prescriber. They ship in the mail and arrive within 3-4 days, even with the delays at the post office recently. Once a month I meet with my care counselor, who provides me with exercises to apply to my every day life. These exercises on top of the medications have definitely improved my anxiety. I highly recommend Cerebral for anyone who does not have good health insurance. You can't beat the price for the amount of help that is offered through them. 10/10.

I was really nervous when I first started & did not know what to expect or what my goals actually were. Alexandria Denison has been so amazing these last few months. By the end of the first session she helped me articulate a goal & she made me feel valid & heard. Scheduling is always easy & navigating through the app is simple. I really appreciate the different resources I’m provided & even more so the fact that even though I may have gotten these links already they’re provided again when necessary & are always helpful. I’ve recommended cerebral to several people & had 2 actually sign up so far. I am very satisfied with the services & resources provided

I came to Cereberal after what I would like to call a bad breakup. I was trying to use LiveHealth online to get help with Anxiety and Anger Management issues I have had for a long time. When treated by LiveHealth it was hard to find anyone to talk to and when I finally did after waiting months it was again several months before out next session. By which the therapist had forgotten me and it felt like day one all over again. Finding Cereberal has been a blessing. When I signed up for service I had a consultation same day (on a sunday), then 2 days later spoke with my Therapist who has always listened to my needs and made sure that things are being kept up for me. I cannot recommend the service enough to anyone who is thinking they might need some help. Cereberal makes a difference and treats mental health the way it should be.
