I’m not impressed by this app at all. I’m very disappointed in the help I have gotten though this app.

Things started out great. I got a therapist and an appointment for a subscriber pretty quickly. Started new meds and therapy within the first week. Then things quickly dissolved. My therapist quit, and they did not have another therapist to start me up with. So they said they would discount my fee because i was only receiving med services. Then my meds ran out and my pharmacy needed the prescriber to fax them an approval paper. The pharmacy attempted 4 times to get into contact with them, and I messaged multiple times as well. No contact. Then I was billed the full amount for everything even though I’m receiving none of their services appropriately. I cancelled and will now just be going through my PCP for med management. Very disappointed!

I finally called, instead of sending emails, and was able to speak with a lovely, professional and caring representative who resolved my issue with the refund/inability to register and seemed sincerely interested in my mental health and well-being.

I highly recommend. Everyone I speak with is so compassionate and helpful.

I paid for care from cerebral for almost a year. I told them the illness I thought I had and they beat around the bush for a diagnosis and just gave medication for what they THOUGHT I had. A year of mental suffering and being physically ill from those medications, I found out I do have what I claimed. And the medication they had me on do NOT work for what I have and made me ill for nothing. For almost a year I was unable to eat, or use the bathroom from being in a constant state of nausea. I did bring it up to them repeatedly and only got change in dosage. Worse "HELP" I've ever received. Not worth the money.

I have an anxiety disorder because of the desease I was told I had. Which is spamaoic dystonia tortocillis .Which causes my muscle to spasm with out any control of it. I told them when I first started talking to them. What works for me is a controlled medicine…. The fist prescriber couldn’t write that prescription then I was told that another prescriber could do it. He had a attitude like I was below him…… then prescribe Zoloft and prosack……. We’ll Zoloft doesn’t work for me.Never tried prosack but heard horribles things about it…..that my story.

My experience with cerebral has been great. Always there to message or talk. I have told family and friends. I recommend highly.

My therapist has been nothing but the best. Let alone the team I was given to work with. They don't make me feel uncomfortable. It's feels like a personal space with friends rather than something that's professional and uptight. They really get me and help me get through the worst part of my days.
