Honestly Cerebral has been a life saver. They've helped me through a lot and while we're still trying to figure out what medicine will work for me, I'm confident we can and I'll have support every step of the way.

I was in a really bad place in my life when I looked into cerebral. I'd tried other apps and other therapy services online and in person, but this one by far was the best for me. They hooked me up with a trained psychiatrist and counselor right away! And they've both been really great to me and I'm thankful for this service. It's pretty affordable for me to. I'd recommend this for anyone with social anxiety as well cause it's all online and they make it very convenient for you.

I canceled my service and was still charged a month later! Edited to add that after multiple attempts I was finally refunded. Still rather expensive for what you get and out of my budget.

Hands down the best way to get therapy ever! I’ve been going to therapy the traditional way on and off for years. Now, it doesn’t have to be off. My favorite thing is how easy it is! Every step of the way: from finding a therapist who could offer help in the areas I need help, to making appointments which can be automagically added to my calendar in one step, and of course the video appointments. I also love that I can see my results over time with the biweekly assessments. I’ve never been happier with therapy- so easy, so affordable, so effective. Thank you!

Had a really bad experience with the prescriber I met with, and got no support or follow-up from them when I reached out to ask about changing prescribers. I cancelled the service after no response.

Cerebral has been so beneficial to me and my therapy/medication experience. I’d never really taken much medication before and sought Cerebral for the combination of the normal therapy and the medication. It’s worked so well so far and has been very helpful in resolving my mental health woes. I can’t say enough good things about my therapist as well. I’ve had a few therapists in my life, and she’s been the best so far. Can’t recommend it enough!
