Amazing customer service! Love this place! My mental health is getting better and better!!

Unethical billing practices. Cancellation was made, but card on file was still charged. Having to dispute charges to recoup funds.

This company blatantly advertises assistance for ADHD and medication management. What they do not make clear until after collecting your money is that they do not provide medication management FOR ADHD. Less than 3 hours after signing up (late at night) I requested a cancellation and refund of the money charged as I have never spoken to, communicated with, or seen anyone from the company and thus no services have been rendered. I was made to wait over a week for a response, of which I was told they would refund $15 of my initial payment as a courtesy because they need to "Compensate their customer support teams". I have demanded a full refund, as the delay should not be something I am required to pay for or compensate their company for something as simple as cancelling my account. I do believe I have read many times that cancellation fees are looked down upon by many courts across the US. I will update this review when it comes forward.

I’ve been with Cerebral almost 3 months! They are amazing 🤩 Any time I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve gotten back to me within 8 hours or less. I’m so impressed with them! And blessed!

This company is absolutely horrible! They cancel your appointments without letting you know, they never prescribed a medication that they are charging me for. And it is almost impossible to get a hold of a live person! Horrible service. Stay far away! To Cerebral: I had a horrible experience with your company, hence the negative review on trust pilot. I also wrote negative reviews on your Instagram and Facebook pages which were deleted by your staff. For an entire week after I started service with your company, my appointments were canceled, rescheduled, my medication that was supposed to be ordered for me never showed up, no one could give me a straight answer, I was bounce from person to person. And did not receive any support at all. Being a nurse, Covid has taken a toll on the mental health of people. Working in the medical field, I kind of expected a better alternative to standard medical care. Given the fact that Covid is running rampant, it is very hard to get an appointment with my local hospital. I reached out to your company for support and possible medication due to healthcare provider burn out. Every time I tried to reach out for support, I never received any of the support that I needed. Which I am sure you can see documented with the amount of times that I called and emailed. When I finally did get seen by a prescriber, she told me that she would send me medication. But when I looked in the profile, it had never been ordered and no one could get a hold of her. My complaints and request for help was not taken seriously and instead I was bounced from person to person in various emails. It is very ridiculous that I was not provided support. And being a healthcare provider, I will ensure that I continue to let people know about the bad experience I received with your company.

Since I started with Cerebal back in June 2021, I began to see an improvement with myself thanks to the treatment, and my Care Team has been nothing but accommodating and understanding. The commercials and ads are accurate. Cerebal does want the best for you. They hear you, and they give excellent advice. If you need help, I highly recommend it.

I really like Cerebral! My doctor made me feel like she genuinely cared. She listened to me. I haven’t met with my counselor yet but I look forward to it. My only complaint is that I need help NOW. I need help with the struggles I face every day. And nowadays it seems like doctors will only prescribe meds that take 4 to 6 weeks to work. Which is great for a long term plan but my anxiety is killing me in the meantime!! And she made my next appointment a month away! I admittedly sent a somewhat pissy message in and I got such a nice response. I was shocked. It took me over 24hrs to open it cuz it made my anxiety worse wondering what it said. Worrying about being dropped because I’m frustrated. Which is the response we often get if we say anything against who you’re seeing. They moved up my appointment significantly. Hoping that she’ll be able to help me during this next one with my daily anxiety when I’m triggered, or just stuck in my room crippled by the anxiousness inside. I’ve seen so many mental health doctors over the years, and this is hands down top 2 I’ve ever had! These guys genuinely understand people like us. They treat you like a person and not just another number. If you can scrape the money together it really is worth it. Like someone else said, $20 a week…you waste that on things like coffee, cigarettes, eating out, etc. just put you and your need for help first and make it work!! It’s worth it. I dropped my regular doc for them ❤️
