I am very thankful to have found Cerebral. Through Cerebral I'm getting the care I need which I could not find in my rural small town community.

Currently on day four of attempting to get them to send a medication to my pharmacy. What the actual fork.

**UPDATE** I had major concerns with the care counselor portion of my subscription and once I voiced my concerns, a client advocate named Stefanie H responded to me. She made me feel heard, and put time and effort into making sure my issues were addressed. Thank you Stefanie for being an outstanding and pro-active client advocate. You have converted me into a long term client. And I also cannot leave a review without mentioning my prescriber, Marin. She has had such a positive impact on my mental health and I could not be more grateful. Thank you to both Stefani and Marin!

Cerebral physicians and clinicians are great. I realize there are several different departments, the regulations department does nit communicate. I went to online care, the save money and exposure. I was clear and upfront what my medication were. I was told Modafinil could not be prescribed. But to check back as this was a drug being reviewed. 5-6 months later I was canceling due to paying my primary physician, and Cerebral. Cerebral told me they could prescribe the medication. They did is one month, the next month i was told that was against the rules and they could not prescribe it anymore. Which is fine, why did you tell me 4 days after i ran out. The scheduling part of the app, never worked fir physician visit, making it a pain to make visits. They also won't let you schedule a few months out. I am sure in the future all these little things can be worked out.

When I joined Cerebral in March of 2020, I was depressed, anxious and scattered. I have had several health issues in the past 5 years that have left me with chronic pain and with diminished physical ability. It was effecting my work and relationships so much that I was in danger of losing my job. After my sister recommended that I try Cerebral, things changed for me. I got some great assistance from my provider with medications that help not only with the extreme anxiety but also have the side benefits of lessening my pain, helping me sleep better, and have increased my ability to focus. I am so unbelievably grateful for all that Cerebral has done for me. I feel like I'm able to manage my symptoms and I am on a path back to functioning better!

I have been with you guys since February of this year and it has gotten to the point that I have been looking for other methods of help because of the lack of compassion towards my situation. I feel like with the therapist forever changing that a lot gets lost in translation and huge details fall through the crack.

After years of inconsistent healthcare plans, I was in and out of therapy, on and off medication, and never really kept structure. Cerebral has given me much needed stability in my mental health care. Well worth the money.

I was skeptical at first, but Cerebral has been a game changer. I love the chat feature because you have access to your doctor for any questions you forgot to ask in the appointment. This is the first time in probably 10 yrs that I’ve felt balanced and I have cerebral to thank for that!
