Cerebral has been there for me… The people have listened to me- cared for me- helped me… Even the Lady that answers my messages is kind- polite- professional… I would definitely recommend Cerebral to everyone…

You have neglected to send my meds on time two months in a row and my therapist has no bookable times that work for me.

I have had nothing but great experiences with my prescriber and my counselor. After 4 sessions I am feeling so much better and I know my friends and family see the improvements as well. I would love to give 5 stars, but I really wish they offered more than just one 30 min session per month. I love my counselor and she is super easy to talk to, just wish I had more time with her. Other than that, I am grateful to Cerebral for offering this super easy form of mental health treatment.

My provider emailed me that she was fired and "Cerebral Sucks" in an email from her cerebral account. I haven't met with a new provider yet. I was only given $10 off my subscription for this. I think a little more could have been done. It does seem like cerebral has been making improvements since I started. Hopefully things keep moving in that direction. Got a new provider today and they cannot prescribe the meds I need (that were previously prescribed by Cerebral). I have totally lost my continuity of care and am now left to withdrawal on benzodiazepines; which is highly dangerous and I will likely not be able to work.

i had a great psychiatrist but i didn’t know shortly after she wrote my interminett FMLA for anxiety depression and insomnia she was leaving . I needed some adjustments and additions or at least a letter of accommodation due to my jobs triggering effects on all 3. The new provider would not write it even though the provider literally just left . Instead her reaction is to give me MORE pills instead of honoring my request . it’s messed up . And there is no switching either . I felt our first meeting lacked a connection. She seems like a machine rather than a provider who understands a client in distress . I could use the adjustments on my fmla & a letter of reasonable accommodation . I have to write it myself instead of anyone writing on my behalf ; my job will take them more seriously than if it comes from me . It was great until my provider left and i have a new one who won’t give me a reason why she won’t write it.

Cerebral has helped me so much with everything I've been struggling with for years. Im so glad that I found this site and actually took this step in making my mental health better because it has changed my life.

An amazing service for people like me who need affordable mental health care they truly do take care of you and make sure to get the best for your experience. My only criticism is i wish there were more than one monthly check in with your care counselor or longer sessions there's so much that goes on I cant update my counselor on everything in such little time. All in all i love cerebral it has made my life better and fhe people around me have noticed. cerebral makes me feel like My team truly does care about me and always strive for the best experience.
