This is a big scam
This is a scam. 1. They only have very junior and inexperienced therapists. Their website says they have PsyD and PhD but nobody like that exists. 2. So I could not find any therapists and I asked them to cancel the service. I have not even started using the service and they would not issue a full refund. What a scam

Please know, all Cerebral therapists are licensed therapists with training in evidence-based therapeutic practices. They also all hold a graduate degree from an accredited institution. They may hold a PsyD, a PHD, or be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or hold another therapy license. Helpful for the most part although…
Helpful for the most part although there is little communication between care coordinator, and the prescriber and the app can be wonky sometimes although so far nothing too bad.

It's been fantastic for me
It's been fantastic for me. I'm on my 4th month, my psychiatrist is great, really listens to my needs and what I don't want. My therapist really makes me feel seen and even when it's hard, I get up and do my session every Monday. I'm seeing so much growth and progress in myself, it's fantastic. Who knew, a facebook ad would actually work.

The medication prescribed has been…
The medication prescribed has been helping a lot. The care team is helpful, but the sessions should be longer for what the cost turns out to be. However, not having insurance, it isn't that bad. It says the care team is available 24/7 but normally do not respond on weekends. All in all, Cerebral has been helping me and I do notice the changes.

Customer service is unhelpful.
Customer service is unhelpful. They used canned responses and don't do refunds. If the service isn't ur jam, you are just out of luck.

this service gives you heartache
this service gives you heartache my mental health has been worse since i randomly got a bill to my in-network insurance provider from my cerebral provider. they WILL charge you for both their monthly subscription fee AND your provider will charge you as well. I thought it was too good to be true. Well, it was. They don't mention anywhere on the website that they will let providers charge you as well. $477.58 to be exact- for a 15-minute appointment. i am in tears trying to figure out how to pay this over the holidays and just having been let go from my job. Do NOT get them please. They will take advantage of you

Our website states that copays, coinsurance, and deductibles may apply for your visit and medications if client's choose to use an in-network insurance. Our subscription fee for in-network clients is lower than cash pay and then visit costs are set by the individual's insurance provider. Game changing for those with bad anxiety
Cerebral has been a huge help in my life. It came at the perfect time. I was suffering with pretty extreme anxiety disorder and the fact I can visit my doctor, my therapist and get my medication without having to go to a doctor office is game changing. I don’t think I’d be getting this kind of help if cerebral didn’t exist.
