This business is garbage. They advertise that they can help with mental health disorders including ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder and more. They didn't have a single prescriber "qualified" to assist me. They took my money, their scheduling system was down so I literally had ZERO access to ANY of their "benefits," and then when THEY scheduled me with a prescriber I was told that she couldn't help me because she wasn't qualified. Then they told me they had NO ONE qualified to treat me. So I cancelled the subscription. THEN they REFUSED to refund me because it is "against their policy." Even though I had NO ACCESS to ANYTHING on their site because their was a "glitch in their system." Now they are STILL trying to bill me despite the fact that I went throught he PROPER CHANNELS and procedures to cancel my USELESS subscription. This company is unethical and predatory to those of us who are the most at risk and vulnerable. They should be shut down, and if I could I would sue them for making me think they could help me and then taking my money during a pandemic NEAR CHRISTMAS when we need our money the most. It's no wonder they aren't BBB accredited. I wish I would have read the reviews on them from BBB and Trust Pilot before I wasted my time and money on them. Please do your research before trying to ask them for help. They genuinely don't care about their "customers," and they have absolutely no shame.

I can’t thank these people enough… i was in such a dark place, not understanding my brain, and so unbelievably depressed. The doctors and therapists on here are an actual Godsend. So patient, and caring and kind. I cant believe how much my life has changed for the better in 6 months. Cerebral os AMAZING

This website is terrible. When I first signed up, I clicked on therapy. After filling out all my information and insurance, it completely switched my plan to medication and counseling without my knowledge and permission. I signed up for counseling and medication accidently because I clearly chose therapy from the beginning and did not expect it to completely change my plan without my permission. I went onto pay for medication and therapy and then noticed my mistake. When I went to switch to therapy, I was immediately charged 250 dollars without even being told how much money I would have to pay before hand I was immediately charged without being shown the cost. I have severe ADHD and this website is extremely confusing the service is unfair and awful. I IMMEDIATELY changed my plan back to medication and counseling to try and get my 250 dollars back because I NEVER Used the therapy services and this was a complete accident because of the horrible way this website is made. I was only offered a 30% discount. This is absolute theft. I never used these services and switched back immediately. This entire website is a joke and I will be reporting this. Update: Meagan M. did help me and gave me a full refund.

Normally I do not review things but reading some of these reviews and what people are saying I feel like I need to. The sign up process was super easy, I was able to get an appointment scheduled right away and any questions/problems I had I was able to message and get an answer. It is a subscription service which means you are billed automatically just like any other subscription based service. When you sign up for something especially a monthly service pay attention to what you sign up for! All companies have polices on billing and refunds, it is your responsibility as a customer to know what you agree to before moving forward so just because you chose not to read what you agreed to does not mean it is a “scam”. The lack of taking ownership for your own actions and threats on here is appalling. It is a good, convenient service plain and simple 🤷🏼‍♀️

YOU WILL NOT GET MONTHLY APPOINTMENTS. CEREBRAL IS BAD FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. DO NOT USE. I noticed that I've been having a hard time following up with prescribers "monthly". I already have/had 3 different prescribers on this website, despite the non-exist-consistency part, I barely was able to catch up with any prescribers once a month. Last time I talked to a prescriber was October 23rd (yes 2 months ago). I'm not able to reach out to anyone on this website. They told me to have an appointment in January with a different provider. I paid for monthly appointments and that's what cerebral promoted on the website "monthly visits". I would love a solution from Cerebral team to make sure I can have monthly appointments. My new prescriber today was "wowed" by how wrong my meds are and how those mad are actually doing harm to my mental health cause I wasn't able about to talk any prescribers for months on Cerebral and my prescription was no longer right for me. I want my refund on the months that I didn't get my service. Cerebral target audience are mentally illed people. We are seeking for help, but if I'm not able to get helped here and have to constantly ask to have appointments and then I got wrong links, not guaranteed appointments that I don't know if a prescriber would show up, or just no monthly appointments, that makes me feel frustrated.

Cerebral offered me half off for 2 months due to my comment of truth. They made a huge error on my perscription where i overdosed and had to be sent to ER. I feel I only recieved an apology on their mistake only to also ask to remove my post. Truly hurtful My symptoms: hour after taking medication i began to have a massive overload of adrenaline and dopamine. Eyes dialated. Heart irreagular beating. Sweating, vomiting, hands limbs shaking, muscles contracting, eyes shaking. Extreme pressure on chest. Hospital. 5 hours on machines, active charcoal heartbeat close to 145

EDIT: After posting have added one star back as they reached out and refunded the rest of my money. Given that nobody should have to go this far to get a refund leaving the remainder of the review below. Scummy service that takes advantage of people. Appointment availability not disclosed until after signing up and paying for services, appointments were booked out for over a month meaning zero services were available to me during the month of subscription. Company refused to provide a refund and offered just $9 back after multiple emails. Have disputed with bank.

I've had a very traumatic childhood and have bipolar and choric ptsd. With the work of my amazing therapist, Yasheera, and my awesome provider, Ivy, we're getting on the right path. I've seen a huge improvement and I started in May. You just have to be committed to change and show up. Also I've never had an issue with customer service or a therapist missing an appointment
