This is a great company with great values, great results, and for an awesome price. My only critique is that they continue to expand their coverage of acceptance for insurance providers. Still very affordable for what you are given. I've had nothing but good things to share with friends about this Healthcare clinic. They are quick to action and to respond to your needs.

Since I decided to try Cerebral my mental health has dramatically improved. I went from struggling to get out of bed on a daily basis to waking up refreshed and motivated for whatever the day had in store. I'm so glad the doctors with Cerebral work with you to find the best outcome for your mental health.

While I loved the doctor and my treatment I was receiving. I find then company itself not great. I was getting prescription medicine for mental health for several months here and with no emails or not warning whatsoever my account was cancelled and my appointments all voided out. I contact customer service to find out why and ma told my account hasn’t been paid. While I have Medicare that I was told was paying my online visits and all of my invoices show “paid” I contact customer service and am told to activate my account I have to pay out of pocket the money even though I have insurance that shows it’s being in paid. I sent them all the invoices showing paid. I am on mental health medication that is very dangerous to stop it cold turkey without weaning down. This company doesn’t care about your mental health, only money. I can’t seem to get any assistance. I only get the run around. This of course is making my anxiety and panic attacks even worse! I am disabled. I have agoraphobia and can’t leave my home! I have a very serious mental health condition that I am trying to get assistance for and yet now am being suddenly taken off all medications no warning no emails no nothing!!! I would greatly appreciate if someone from this company would actually try to assist me in getting this issue I am having resolved and also fee this company should abruptly take people off serious mental health medicines and I also feel they should have sent emails if there was payment issues with my insurance. Not let me think all is okay for 2 months then cut me off and close my account with no warnings! It just doesn’t make sense why my invoices show “paid” though if they haven’t been. Something isn’t right here.

I was recommended Cerebral by a therapist. It took a while (multiple days) just to sign up because their insurance verifier was refusing my information. Tech support was no help. I emailed them twice and the second reply was basically "figure it out yourself" so I decided to just continue without any insurance as the medication is only about $30 After this, I did have an appointment with a prescriber quickly. They give you many options and I selected the next day at 10 am but I could've had it the same day even. The appointment with the prescriber felt very rushed and scripted. Obviously, this company doesn't have time to make any real connection with customers unless you are paying them more. She had even told me in the beginning that she knew she was rushing because she had another appointment only 30 minutes after mine. Why schedule them so close today if you know you will be rushing before it even starts? So I'm in this appointment and I explain my past medical history. I tell her that I have taken Wellbutrin in the past and did not have any negative reactions to it so I would like to try it again. I also explain there are 2 other medications (Prozac+another one) I've tried and I don't recall which but I had a negative reaction emotionally to one of them. I wanted to stick to the one I knew was safe. She pretty much ignored me, told me that Wellbutrin CAUSES anxiety, and prescribed me Prozac. I was flustered because she basically just told me she was going to give me Prozac and I felt a little unheard. After talking to my mom I decided to switch to my primary care doctor who will actually listen but not before trying to cancel my account. It should be illegal to make consumers jump through hoops to get out of a subscription!!! First, there's no information anywhere on your normal account page on how to cancel your subscription, but there is plenty of information on how to upgrade it. I had to do a separate google search "how to cancel cerebral" just to figure it out. Then I had to email them, REQUESTING that they cancel my account! I'm sorry, I'm not requesting it, I'm telling you to. Then, after I sent that email (which I just typed "cancel account" because what the hell am I supposed to send?!), I had to wait for an email back with a form to fill out to cancel my account. If you don't WAIT for the return email and fill out the form your account is not cancelled yet. THIS IS THE SAME CRAP SCAM ARTISTS PULL AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED! Not to mention the thoughtless care the "care team" gives you FOLLOW-UP - Somebody from Cerebral did reach out to me and offer me a refund for the trouble

Cerebral will not provide the services paid for. I signed up on Oct. 28, 2021 for the "care counseling + medication" plan. Signed up for an appointment with a prescriber to start the process but that appointment was canceled by Cerebral without explanation and the next available appointment was 5 weeks later. After finally meeting with the prescriber on Dec. 2, the prescriber was surprised that I hadn't had a chance to meet with a care counselor. Now, Cerebral is claiming that I'm not eligible to see a care counselor because I'm using insurance (but isn't that one of the supposed benefits of the Cerebral service?). So Cerebral won't provide the service I signed up for, even though they have already charged me for 2 months of service. I called customer service but keep getting put on hold because they don't know what to do.

They charged me over $200 while my prescriber missed two sessions and my prescription medication was mistakenly just not sent. I received one bottle with the wrong qty and ran out. Before running out, I talked to my prescriber. She (and later their email support team) told me that "I have reached out to your prescriber about your medication and getting this resent as there was an error on our end. I will make sure it gets updated to FedEx 2 day shipping. I will let you know when it has been sent !" That was November 22nd. I never received the medication. Finally canceled and they still charged me for another month. When asked for a refund, they simply said no. So, I disputed the charges with my credit card. A class-action lawsuit is coming their way I'd assume. I will be sure to be one of the first to join the lawsuit for exploiting individuals with mental health problems to make a quick buck.

They don’t even deserve a star. This company is a total scam, they don’t tell you that they don’t have availability for an appointment for weeks yet charge you the monthly fee for no service? I canceled within an hour of signing up after seeing that I couldn’t get an appointment until some time in January. I understand it’s a subscription but how can you charge someone for a service YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE?! When I asked for a refund because of THEIR lack of availability they said it couldn’t be done. It should be illegal to charge someone for a monthly service that you can’t even utilize. Do not sign up with these people, they don’t care about people with mental health issues they only care about scamming you out of money.

I've been signed up for Cerebral for about a month and a half right now. To start, for my first appointment, I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for my provider to log on (I have worked in healthcare and understand that providers run late sometimes, but the portal tells the client that they will have to reschedule if they themselves are 10 minutes or more past their appointment time when they log in). When my provider finally did log in, she didn't seem to thrilled to be there. After my appointment, she sent an incorrectly written prescription to the pharmacy and it took 3 days for it to be corrected. For my most recent appointment, I was checked in and logged onto the Doxy portal 15 minutes before my scheduled time. 5 minutes after my scheduled time, my appointment still hadn't started and I received an email that I had "no showed" even though I was still logged on and checked in. My care coordinator sent me a message asking me to reschedule which I responded to right away stating I was logged in and confused why my appointment wasn't happening. It's been over a day and I'm still waiting for a response back from anyone. The provider has no availability whatsoever and I'm running out of my prescription. I even tried calling the support line multiple times but it holds me in the queue for 10 minutes and then goes to voicemail. I'm very bothered by the "care" I have received because it isn't care at all. I feel dismissed and taken advantage of as a client. I was so hopeful that this would be the answer I needed to receiving assistance for my ADHD with my busy schedule, but it has turned into being more of a frustration than anything. If this is the level of "care" that continues, I absolutely will not be continuing with this service.
