Update: different month and the same thing happened. Met with my prescriber 3 weeks ago and guess what?! No prescription ordered. CS has been working on it for 3 days now. Can’t call anyone, just need to wait for them to email me. The doctors/therapist are great. However, it’s very hard to get an appointment and currently I’ve lapse on my medication for three weeks. I’ve reached out to customer support for three weeks with almost zero response. They claimed they sent my Prescription to my pharmacy four days ago however the prescription isn’t there and they won’t respond to actually submit a new one. Lag time between help can be 1 to 3 days and it’s more smoke and mirrors than it is actual help.

I've been using Cerebral since late October. In that time, I've been told several different things by my care coordinator and other support staff regarding my status with insurance. I was first told I was not in scope for therapy for my insurance, and that I could only get a care counselor and medication. Okay, so I went with that (I initially just wanted therapy, but I was desperate so I said yes). Then, I was told I can get therapy and medication. Great, I originally wanted just therapy but I was already on the meds so it was fine. Getting a therapist was like fighting tooth and nail for available spots. I was finally able to get one late December, and I saw her four times. Today I received an email from Cerebral support, telling me that my therapist is actually not in my insurance scope and that *surprise* I am actually not in scope for therapy at all due to my insurance. Seriously? I signed up for and pay for services to aid with my anxiety and depression. Dealing with this service has ADDED to my anxiety and depression, which is the opposite of what it advocates for. Let me make it clear: my therapist was great, she did nothing wrong. It's the lack of coordination within the company that has led me to write this review. I understand they are a budding company, but PLEASE do not jump the gun. These are people's lives we're talking about, people need help. Once I get some answers, I plan on switching to another service or finding a local therapist. If I knew I had to jump through so many hoops, I would have never signed up.

I went to cancel as their plan does not really suit me and my mental health needs. I was told it was cancelled. Just found out they were still billing an old insurance company of mine (my employer changes our plans yearly) and my health benefits card for the past 6 months anyways! I thought it wasn't such a scam just not right for me, but it is such a rip off and they prey on those who are mentally unwell and when we react they gaslight us because they already see us as "crazy".

Prompt response to all care needs. Just say it, they got you. They work as a team to help achieve the goal.

Great service some technical problems with email

Too many billing issues. Told what I would pay monthly as they couldn't take my insurance, which I still have via email chain. Come time to renew, they charged me almost triple the agreed upon monthly pricing. No, this was not a promo price, this was their regular pricing. Would not make right.

I have set to sign up because Aetna is not currently being accepted. However, Christian C. Coordinator deserves 10 stars!!! He has went over and beyond with his extraordinary customer service. He has work closely with me over the past few days helping me with the best options. He is responsive, caring and professional. He should be recognized for his hard work and commitment to this company. THANK YOU Christian C!!!
